I was last at this hotel in 2018. The rooms definitely are somewhat outdated as the bathroom faucet was broken and the toilet leaked. The mattress for the bed was probably one of the worst mattresses I have ever slept on as you could feel the springs. In short I was somewhat disappointed in the room. The lobby of the hotel is quite nice although it seems to have various confusing themes. The hotel does have some great restaurants and bars so you do not have to leave the hotel for a good meal.

That hotel is fantastic, either the entrance, the rooms, the bars and restaurants as well as the incredible Japanase garden with different types of birds. Great stay and I’ll come again!

Alright hotel. Strange decorations. It used to be a Sofia classic, built by a famous Japanese architect. They still kept tye nice Japanese garden. The restaurants are nice too. Breakfast was adequate, thought not copious. Close to the metro, nice views.

used to be the best in the past , but especially the rooms need renovation , otherwise the facilities , the Restaurants are one of the best in the city
