博納維亞大飯店(Grand Hotel Bonavia)

positives: lovely modern hotel, well kept and staff are friendly and welcoming. mini fridge and other amenities in spacious room. hotel is greatly located close to centre and good value for money. strong internet for remote working. negatives: club/karaoke bar underneath hotel which can be loud at night (friday/saturday) made the walls vibrate and caused a bad nights sleep.

Very nice hotel, friendly staff and very clean. Only negative is most tourists come here in the summer for the beautiful shorelines and amazing sea and the hotel should install a retractable laundry line in the bath/shower to hang the bathing suits and beach towels (which you must buy locally or bring yourself as the hotel does not supply them.) The buffet breakfast is utstanding. Now for the region of Rijeka, if you have toured Europe and many of its historical places, this industrial city that also caters to tourists (for the beautiful sea, shoreline, crystal clear waters and amazingblue skies) seriously needs to power wash every building as 95% of them have probably 70 years of industrial grime on them. This is sad because many of the really historic buildings are quite beautiful (not the communist block and industrial buildings, which unfortunately dominate this city. ) As for the gastro experience in Rijeka, truly outstanding food a d service every where you eat, from the pizza bars to fine dining. The people of Rijeka are truly pleasant and focused on being outstanding ambassadors for Croatia.

Camera un po’ antiquata, soprattutto il bagno con vasca/doccia molto alta e difficile da entrare. Aria condizionata molto rumorosa. Posizione strategica in centro ma con pochissimi parcheggi auto a disposizione infatti noi abbiamo dovuto parcheggiare al porto.

Visit to my ancestral hometown in September had an excellent stay at the Bonavia? The hotel is impeccable , rooms are classic decoration with very comfortable bed and all the bath ameneties. Centrally located in the downtown core , walking distance to the old town, corso and the mololungo.. Breakfast was exceptional with everything you could want and super fresh top quality food and beverages. Very friendly front desk and bell staff, highly recommended !

I took a group of about 20 university academics to Hotel Bonavia Plava Laguna, Rijeka, for a couple of days in mid-September 2023. It is without doubt the best hotel in the city and the only choice if you want excellent service. The location is perfect, the building beautiful, the prices good value. My contact in the hotel sales department was Mr. Krešimir Poropat. The detailed and cordial attention he gave me both in the months beforehand, as I organised the trip, and during the trip itself, was beyond anything I have received anywhere else. He greeted me in person and dealt with everything immediately. The other hotel staff were also excellent, in helping my guests and organising and delivering catering of various kinds. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough, especially if you are organising a group trip.

Hôtel idéalement placé au début de la zone piétonne. Parking couvert à 300m pour 10€. Hôtel un peu suranné mais tout y est. De plus et de ce fait les chambres sont immenses. Bon confort. Petit déjeuner sous forme de buffet immense avec des bon produits (les quetsches étaient déjà là !). Nous étions arrivés sans réservation. Accueil parfait. Je recommande

Hôtel dans le centre de Rijeka, bien situé. Chambres confortables et bien grandes. Petits-déjeuners bons et complets. Le principal souci est l'entrée de l'hôtel avec des escaliers et malgré notre demande, nous n'avons pas reçu l'aide des personnes de la réception pour monter et descendre nos bagages. A noter aussi que l'accès au parking n'est pas facile (il faut appeler la réception) et que pour accéder au centre ville, il faut aussi descendre et monter des escaliers ...

Petite chambre avec peu de place pour les bagages, peu de ventilation et une petite fenêtre. Éclairage insuffisant et pas de prise de courant pour brancher le CPAP près de la table de chevet.. Restaurant avec repas médiocre et froid (buffet) et peu de choix d’aliments.
