Great experience, wonderful staff,spacious rooms,good location, excellent value for the money,would definitely stay again

What a nice place to stay! The room was spacious. The breakfast was good. The service was great. What more can you ask for?!

We asked for our room to be cleaned. That didn’t happen. The night manager’s response was, “I’m not surprised!”… We asked that manager for maid service the next day (you had to ask the day/night before). That didn’t happen aaaagain. That same manager was there when we asked why our room didn’t get clean and he just shrugged his shoulders… We had to go through the housekeeping staff to finally get our trash taken and towels removed. Not a typical Embassy Suites stay BY FAR!

The property is not in the best shape. Two of the three elevators were out of commission. The one inside stairwell has a strong musty smell. This made it challenging to get to and from our room efficiently. The room itself was a four out of five… In decent shape, but the carpets are stained and the bathroom shows quite a bit of wear. The bed was fairly comfortable as were the pillows. More than enough hot water each morning for showering. The breakfast and the manager’s reception were pleasant. Both could have been made better by something that the hotel can’t control… parents who actually parent their children instead of letting them run wild at this public venue would help. Overall, we likely will not return with other nice options nearby.

We got there around midnight after a long day of travel. The clerk told us we had to leave because they'd given away our room and had nothing else to offer us even though we had a reservation for months before arriving. She wouldn't contact another hotel to check availability nor give us any other assistance. Think twice before booking this hotel unless you just like sleeping in your rental car.

Delightful front desk receptionist. Same with our waiter in the bar. We arrived late and needed something to eat and we were pleased we could get something onsite. Room was spacious, comfortable, and had a great view of the city (18th floor). Thank you, Westin!

We were given a handicap room - my husband is 6’2”. We did not request a handicap room. Also they said I couldn’t get my hilhon points because I booked w *******

Mattress a little too soft. I felt like I was down in a wallow when I woke up. But, we have enjoyed all our stays here and would recommend it despite that mattress….
