We had no notification prior to our check in that the hot tub was out of order. The staff had no answer to when it would be back up and running. There was supposed to be a complimentary breakfast but there was no notification that their kitchen and dining area was under renovation. The pull out sofa bed had crumbs on the mattress.

It was quite, the bed was comfortable. The only thing we were disappointment with was that the hot tub was not warm at all and the pool was a bit murky looking so we didn't get to enjoy those. They did take a $100 holding fee as well for damages that wont' be released for 10 days. That is by far the most we have ever paid for a fee and the longest it's been held.

Not clean, wouldn't clean brought vacuum to our room and instructed us to do it. No breakfast (at all) nothing, hot tub not working. Property is in serious decline, suspect lack of or significant change of management. Do not recommend staying here at all.

Breakfast was shut down as the kitchen was closed for renovations, hot tub was shut down for health violations and they ran out of towels for guests. Other than that the hotel was clean and the beds we’re comfortable.

The pool and spa were broken on the hottest day of the year. We could not stay. We had to leave as this was the only reason we were there

Love this property and the rooms, what I did not like it that the hot tub really needs to have a remodel on it. It has a very very rough cement surface that literally tears up your swimsuit and skin just from moving across it. the pool and hot tub could be amazing if they would fix this feature. The pool was pretty chilly but they had a power outage the day before so I think that is why. If not then it definitely needs to be heated a bit more. I am giving them the benefit of the doubt on that one. The staff were amazing, very kind and helpful and we loved the room. We would stay here again

Paid for breakfast when I booked but when I got there the desk attendant said the manager shut down the breakfast area for remodel later in the year. Did not get what I paid for!

Things were reasonably clean. The biggest issue we had was we booked with the pull out bed so my teens could have their own beds. There were no linens in the room so I called the front desk. The clerk was new and didn't have the keys to access the linens and so I was offered additional sheets. Fortunately we had a throw blanket in the car that he could use for the first night. It left him still cold all night and that was a little disappointing. The staff were discussing the manager having quit and there were clearly new people in there so we weren't angry but we did find that particular experience disappointing.
