The room was small but it was clean. Bed was pretty comfortable as were the pillows. The location was convenient for why we were there. The refrigerator in the room just froze everything. There was a drawer on the dresser that opened by itself like a ghost was in the room. Although the room was clean and modern the hallway carpet looked like it had been there 20 years as well as the hallway was hot compared to the room. The tv did not work the 1st night we were there even after i asked the front deak to come they never came to my knowledge as i had to leave the room to go somewhere and it still wasn't fixed. The manager did come fix it the 2nd night. I was glad they were able to accommodate us adding on an additional night with short notice. I would stay there again if my 1st choice of hotel for that area was unavailable.

I was very pleased with my stay at this hotel. Our King room was very large. The room was very clean upon arrival. We misplaced our room cards multiple times and the staff was extremely helpful, and not at all judge mental when making us new ones. The breakfast was very good and there were many options to choose from. The attendant kept everything restocked and very clean during the breakfast hours. I would definitely recommend this hotel as a very viable budget option.

One of the most uncomfortable bed ive sleep on at any hotel , they get up to get a shower ,shower had 0 water pressure, just a little steam is all , so had to do best you could with the wash cloth using the sink , was going to let them know about it at check out, no one was at the desk, had sign there just drop you key in the box ,someone would be back shortly.

Easiest check in to a hotel ever. We’d been traveling all day and just wanted a room for the night. Online reservation very simple and front desk had everything ready. The only thing I would have hoped for was a walk in shower in the mobility friendly room, but we made do. Thank you for a quiet, clean, restful night!!

I really hate leaving a bad review for this hotel. I have stayed multiple times on this property and have always had a great experience. This time however there was a power outtage due to a storm. Only one person working the hotel a young lady who was trying her best bit management had her checking people in and leading them by flashlight into completely dark rooms. I sleep with a cpap so without power no sleep for me. I watched the counter for her as she led each guest to thier room. The flashlight was provided by her parents. While i realize the storm was out of the hotels control, the response was not. I think they could have given a small discount just as a good will guesture. At the very least had another employee or the manager himself show up to help. No ac, no elevator, no key cards, no light and one employee trying to handle it all. A week later i stayed again and the shower head broke. It was late so i did not call maintenance to fix it. I just informed the front desk that it needed to be fixed for the next guest.

Room was very clean and breakfast was great but disappointed in the pool area. Smaller pool than expected, pool area was dirty and a dirty diaper and kids underwear and socks were left in the pool area. Outside in the parking lot kids toys were sitting in parking spots so we could not use

Excellent stay! Great place to stop with our two dogs. They accommodated us getting a first floor room next to a side door for our anxiety ridden pups. It was clean, quiet and safe. Grateful we made this stop on our way to Florida!

The hotel was nice and clean. The staff was great. The down grade was that we were given room 205 and it was right above the lobby and eating area and it was very loud late into the night.

The black gentleman staff was very nice and accommodating along with great conversation. The room was not the cleanest the sofa has stains on it, toilet would not flush all the way without holding until it does! I love staying at the hotel because of the location and I love the suite with the door separating the living room!
