雷內飯店(Hotel Rene)

La cosa più apprezzabile del soggiorno è sicuramente il letto grande comodo e con un topper di livello. La struttura è solo un bed and breakfast e non un hotel come compare nella sua pubblicità, molto grande che ruota intorno a un piacevole e grande salotto esterno riparato e da una una bella piscina con vista panoramica verso il mare e la costa, molto piacevole. Accoglienza molto superficiale, poche spiegazioni a parte le essenziali per vivere nella struttura. Nessun supporto “turistico” se non depliant pubblicitari. Camera spaziosa con vista mare, provviste di bollitore ma senza bustine di qualcosa. Frigorifero completamente vuoto, mai una bottiglia di acqua in omaggio. bagno funzionale ma sprovvisto di ogni confort ( shampoo, bagnoschiuma per citare i principali ) e con poca attenzione alla pulizia. Condizionatore efficiente e silenzioso. Colazione nella media pochi piatti sia di salato che di dolce.

Une chambre très confortable avec une vue splendide dans un hôtel familial et un personnel sympathique. À 10 minutes du port à pied et arrêt de bus tout proche pour aller à la plage. Accueil en français. Petit déjeuner en option correct.

Das Hotel ist sehr schön gelegen. Wenn man zu Fuß in den Ort und zurück will sollte man etwas Kondition mitbringen, ist aber in 10-20 Min. zu schaffen. Die Betreiber sind mega nett und aufmerksam. Auch das Personal lässt keine Wünsche offen. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut, man kann sich alle möglichen Eier Varianten frisch zubereiten lassen(der Bacon dazu ist sehr lecker). wir werden definitiv wieder dort buchen. Fazit: Uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert.

This small friendly hotel was a great find. The rooms were very clean with good facilities. Lovely walk in shower and bathroom. Beds super comfy and individual air conditioning. Only 33 rooms so it was ideal. Location was idyllic with stunning sea views from every room. Plenty of comfy sunbeds and additional 4 poster daybeds which were great. Lovely pool. Breakfast was just enough. Continental and a cooked breakfast too. Easy walk into town and beach at the bottom of the steps. Friendly and helpful staff. Couldn't fault this place at all.

We booked this hotel based on the great reviews and location and we wasn’t disappointed. Family run with a always a friendly welcome. We wanted a small and friendly hotel and this is exactly that. Yes the faculties are a little basic, however that didn’t impact our stay. Beds were comfortable, and room was exceptionally clean. The breakfast, although basic was good and filled a gap. Housekeeping came in everyday and made the beds and emptied bins etc. The bath towels were quite small and hard (need some fabric softener on them) but that would be the only criticism. The hotel is located on a steep hill so it is not suitable for the faint hearted or anyone with mobility issues. All in all, a great little hotel in a great location with friendly and helpful staff.

This a wonderful small family run hotel. Sotos and his team are very helpful and friendly. The rooms are basic but extremely clean and the shower and air conditioning are brilliant, who spends lots of time in their room anyway. Beds are very comfortable and large. Breakfast is fair, you would never go hungry but cold fried eggs are not great. The view from the hotel is breathtaking and as previously said in other reviews, if mobility is a problem then careful consideration should be given or be prepared to taxi. Pool area is lovely and due to travelling in October, never a problem to find a comfy bed and we were lucky to have fabulous weather. You can get a light snack ordered and drink from the fridge and when the fridge is not manned, it is operated on a trust basis, you help yourself and then pay the next day. Megali Ammos has a pleasant beach with some lovely restaurants. Skiathos Town is vibrant and has everything you would need, one main street and lots of little side streets to explore. There is a plentiful supply of boat trips and worth doing, we managed to see dolphins on the one we went on. Koukounaries beach is worth a visit, beautiful with a couple of places to eat and drink and they will bring a drink to your bed if you so wish !! Easy to get to by the local bus service. Will definitely return to this beautiful island and Hotel Rene, thank you

Clean hotel, comfy beds, and a good shower. Staff friendly and helpful. Great views from all rooms. Lovely pool area. It's very high up, so a steep walk up from Skiathos Town, so maybe a problem for anyone with motility problems. Plenty of taxis available though if needed and quite reasonable. Breakfast each day is the same. It would have been nice to have some variation plus hot food could have been warmer.

Such a great hotel with fantastic views. Ok there’s a hill to climb so not recommended for those with walking difficulties but we managed it in extremely hot temperatures. Lovely pool area. No traffic noise so had some really good night sleeps which is important for me. The hotel is family run, with a big shout out and special mention to Nick and his sister for providing first aid to my husband when he stubbed his toe moving my sunbed. Breakfast was adequate. Lovely terrace area outside our accommodation which we used to just sit and watch the world go by. Just one tiny ******, we had to pay 5 euros each for a towel for a shower on our last day which we didn’t expect to pay for as a resident. Will definitely be back soon. Oh ! And Skiathos is such a beautiful island with beautiful people (and cats)!
