伊斯坦堡探戈飯店(The Tango Hotel Istanbul)

I am quite pleased with my stay at the Tango Hotel, Istanbul. The Staff were very kind, courteous and friendly. The Rooms are clean and housekeeping visits everyday to ensure that beds are made and towels are changed. The Hotel itself has an excellent breakfast and is located close to shopping areas, restaurants and the Metro. I will definitely choose again when in Istanbul.

This hotel is on the small side, but it is big in quality. It is very close to shops and restaurants in Sisli. We checked in with the help of a young and professional lady called Zeliha. It was smooth and very welcoming. The staff are friendly and polite. The rooms are modern, clean and most facilities are available including wifi, small fridge, TV and toiletries. The breakfast is excellent and comprehensive.

Most of the time, you get what you paid for, and in this case, I got a lot more. The hotel was spotless, and everyday room service cleaned the room and changed the sheets, and left fresh towels. Staff were friendly, especially the bartender. Breakfast was good, nothing to complain about. Cake and bread were always freshly baked. And best of all, it is just 3 minutes walking from Osmanbay metro station.

We’ve been in this hotel for 5 nights and I would like to thank all crew member of this hotel for their great hospitality. All of them are eager to help you and of course will be one my choices in next trips to Istanbul! There is not a big difference between this hotel and other 4star hotels nearby Taksim and Sisli! Positives: - Very good access to Metro station (1min walk) and 15-20min walk to Taksim Square and close to many restaurants, bars and shopping centers. - Rooms are renovated and clean with all required things that you need. - The price is good and is value for money. - Breakfast is not on self-serve tables and you get a dish from restaurant but it was really good and complete breakfast. Negatives: - The windows in rooms are not sound proof and you can hear the noises from the street!! - Currently there is construction nearby hotel and there is a lot of noise during day time!!

Was excellent choice for staying there and metro is near for 2 mins Clean and simple breakfast The staff friendly and supportive.. I highly recommend If I traveled again it will my choice again .. Nisantasi so close to the hotel and big brands there

This hotel is the worst you may get, non professional staff and management sucks and breakfast is the worst ever. The manager couldn’t take the complaint we have and decided that we need to leave he said you can’t come to my hotel and tell me how things suppose to be so i had to leave the hotel and look for another one. Don’t even try.

I don’t advice anyone to stay at this at this hotel the service is so bad the rooms ac is always not working and they are very small and also the water is not always working no tissues in the room the breakfast is stop being served at 10 if you come exactly at time they don’t serve you and it’s always the same with very small portions,and the toilet seat was broken when we came and two days later the told us we broke it, as well as not cleaning daily they didn’t change the trash in our bedrooms for 4 days. The window doesn’t even close.The noises would stop 24/7 we couldn’t sleep at night.They don’t have baby bed.The bedrooms are so small and the closets are broken.The staff are so mean they don’t bother themselves to see what’s your problem for example I wanted to ask about something so I waited about 3 minutes infront of the reception desk while the receptionist was playing pubg on his mobile and wearing headphones not hearing me.The people in the room beside us were to noisy we complained but they dis nothing.In all this is my wrost experience ever I never recommend this hotel.It’s so bad please never accommodate in it.

I don't recommend this hotel to anyone !! small rooms !! broken bathroom glass!!!. just the location was good. unfortunately air conditioning just work at nights. There were no place for two luggage:( Thanks to it's weak breakfast we eat out all mornings.

The hotel is really over rated. First when I arrived, the bed sheets were torn! The restroom was not clean as I found the toilet had some brown stuff inside! The staff were very rude to me especially the receptionist and the luggage boy. They kept asking for extra money every time I invite a friend over! Very bad experience and I don’t recommend this hotel at all.
