阿爾菲歐廣場飯店(Palazzo Alfeo Aparthotel)

We had an amazing stay at Palazzo Alfeo. They were I touch with us about our stay as soon as we booked and couldn’t have been more helpful with restaurant recommendations and helpful things to do while in Siracusa. The rooms were so clean, breakfast was wonderful and the apartment was well stocked. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Localisation exceptionnelle, appartement chic très bien équipé, personnel d’une très grande amabilité et très réactif . Un grand merci à Aurara qui a été particulièrement attentionnée. Une expérience parfaite que je recommande à tous.

Premetto che la mia vuole essere una recensione sincera e veritiera. Ho soggiornato due notti con mia moglie, scegliendo questo hotel, come tappa per il nostro viaggio di nozze, che si presenta come Hotel di lusso. Sarò breve : vista mare eccellente, posizione eccellente, accoglienza eccellente, servizio personale eccellente, camera da letto eccellente e jacuzzi molto bella, peccato che.... la terrazza con jacuzzi (che sarebbe l'appartamento top del palazzo Alfeo) ha un ombrellone che non serve a nulla per fare ombra.. e per chi ha problemi con il sole è un problema enorme. Praticamente la jacuzzi si può usarla dal tramonto alla sera perché dal mattino al tardo pomeriggio la terrazza è sprovvista di tettoia e quell'ombrellone purtroppo non serve a nulla Seconda nota negativa, il bagno : talmente piccolo che non ci si può muovere e la doccia non è degna di un hotel di lusso. Non ha nemmeno un appoggio bagnoschiuma decente.. Quando si esce dalla doccia bisogna stare attenti a non sbattere contro l'angolino del lavandino ed inoltre per uscire si deve passare lateralmente perchè non c'è spazio ... Le portiere della doccia avevano la plastica della chiusura rotta... Insomma non proprio un bel segnale se si vuole parlare di Luxury... Nelle foto posso dimostrare tutto. Mi dispiace di questo ma visto che ho pagato anche caro il prezzo, per sole due notti, non posso valutarlo come struttura da 4/5 stelle.

Amazing place! Friendly staff, best location with stunning views... Booked the room with the terrasse and Jacuzzi, very private and everything was a dream from start to finish... would highly recomend a visit. The beds are confortable, room is super well equipped and little details like the Champagne... juices, free water etc made it magical.

Great place to stay. The people who work there are sincerely nice and accommodating.The place itself is clean and in a perfect location. I highly recommend!!!The breakfast was amazing and on time every morning.

The views and service provided make this a must stay. The view, just incredible, you’re right on the water. The team were very helpful and supportive leading into check in and arranging parking. Location is so close to everything, but does get allot of noise from the bars and night party cruises. The place is nicely renovated and decorated, with a generous amount of space. The actual shower is quite small and doesn’t have great water pressure. There isn’t a washing machine, although this is listed as an available amenity.

This was a beautiful property with ample space and amazing views. It was impeccably clean and comfortable. Staff were very helpful. The only snag was that we slept at the property on a Saturday night and I was woken up a few times by noisy passerby. Also parking was a good 20 minutes away at a daily charge of 15 euros. Otherwise absolutely excellent.

Absolutely wonderful. The photos do not do it justice. We had Apartment Aretusa with its own private balcony and hot tub and have not stayed anywhere better. The views over the harbour are fantastic and the city is a joy to explore. Alessandro was really helpful and spent some time explaining where to go and what to see. It was a perfect romantic weekend away.

Great location, easy walking distance to fantastic restaurants ie 5min. Alessandro was very helpful with recommendations for activities and dining. Use the valet service and save yourself the stress of finding parking.
