TOP location, really comfortable, close to the centre shops and restaurants, amazing view from the balcony of historical ruins of a roman villa. Удобное,уютное и чистое место. Светлый номер с видом на руины древнеримской виллы. Many thanks Davide, we will be back soon.

Poor value for money taking into account pricing and services. Well located for Roman ruins and botanic garden. Be prepared to paid cash (since none credit cards worked) without receiving the invoice back. There are better options in Cagliari.

Excellent place where to stay, short walk from all street life and shops. Also short distance to old town. Clean and comfy rooms. Little bit struggle of parking. However we managed to find a space. Friendly and helpful host, who speaks English, as we don’t speak, Italian.

Clean rooms good shower, but that's about it. Manager made a big deal abt separating the double bed into 2 twins as per requested upon booking. Def not great value for $$'s

We stayed here for a week. The room was big enough with everything you need. The host was really amazing, helpful and kind. The best thing about this place is probably the location. You can walk to the city center in 10min and also leave the city in 10min. Bus/train station is 12 min away on foot. There's a lot of cafes around to get breakfast in the morning. Only problem was to get parking around it especially if you arrive later in the evening.
