克隆布登斯飯店(Bodenseehotel Krone)

Wir waren hier für eine Nacht über Ostern und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Familiäres Umfeld, freundliches Personal, sauberes Hotel und sehr gutes Essen. Unser Zimmer war klein, sehr sauber und trotz Straße sehr ruhig. Es gab Kaffee und Tee auf dem Zimmer. Getränkepreise sind auch absolut im Rahmen. Das Frühstück war nicht sehr groß, aber ausreichend und es wurde alles sofort nachgefüllt! Abends haben wir im Hotel gegessen. Nicht ganz günstig, aber für die Größe der Teller absolut fair, frische Zutaten und geschmacklich super lecker. Wir würden jeder Zeit wiederkommen!

My wife and I had a relaxing, comfortable and enjoyable night at this hotel recently, on a stay which was pre-booked via a well-known online company. Unfortunately, our experience was spoiled by the manager at checking out, when he charged us more than the price given by the online company, which his hotel is listed with. When we queried this, and showed him the booking confirmatory email with the price and other details, he became extremely rude and unhelpful, saying he did not care about the price given to us by the online company, he was going to charge us his price. We have complained to the online booking company, who are investigating. If you appreciate a good approach to customer service, and don't appreciate discourtesy, I would strongly recommend avoiding this establishment. Dr S.A. Mullay, Scotland.

We had a great time. The apartment was just what we needed with 2 bedrooms. The staff was super friendly. The food at the resturant was excellent. I wish i got the server and chefs name, best meal in germany so far. We were able to walk down to a park a few blocks away to view the lake. I wish we could have stayed longer to explore the area.

The hotel is nice and clean, the apartment room we had was very big. We only stayed one night and it offered everything we needed for the one night. The breakfast was average but still good. The staff were really nice. The room was a bit dated but some parts were more modern than others (the bathroom was definitely renovated).

Er was gevraagd om een tijdstip van aankomst op te geven, bij aankomst was er niemand en moest gebeld worden en werd telefonisch ingecheckt. De kamer was prima en schoon. De douchedeur ging niet dicht en de douchekop was dicht-gekalkt. Diner was uitstekend en het ontbijt zeer goed.
