It was a nice experience especially with the breakfast!

Great location in center, very good service, rooms a liitle old , breakfast is great. Went to Gondola cable car. Also went to a nice restaurant Kuib (nice food, very slow service)

Having paid ~€130 for one night stay the cleanliness and quality of the room was shocking! The bathroom looked so terrible that we didn't bother showering it was so disgusting. Stains on the bedroom carpet and dirt on the bedside cupboards. Just miserable for the money spent. I think they have spent all of their money on the reception area and given up elsewhere. The hallway carpets were dirty too and carpet on the stairway had been patched with completely different carpet - maybe they didn't think anyone would notice! Do not stay here unless you like wasting money!

The bedding is not what you expect from a four star hotel. Mattresses are hard and old, pillows are old and compacted, sheets are not changed daily. Breakfast is very poor quality: margarine instead of butter, Sugary powder drinks instead of fresh juices, tasteless coked food. This extends to the two restaurants. Dry meat, horrible salads, poor guality ingredients.

Rooms are very outdated and bare, look nothing like the modern lobby and hotel restaurant that caught my eye. I would only consider this hotel if you can get a high floor - on the first floor you could hear every word of the music playing in the restaurant below until midnight (Saturday) and very loud base. Price was crazy expensive for Romania and compared to the quality of the room. They advertise the spa but it was booked both days of our stay. The breakfast buffet was chaotic, self administered and not socially distanced, but the majority of guests (and all staff) wore masks. That said, the staff was kind and accommodated early check in and 1pm late check out, normally noon.

The hotel is under renovation and still reciving giests. They still wanted money for parking even though the car was full of dust from the renovation. The elevator for disabled is not working very well. The restaurant where the breakfast was, had broken and old furniture, and it was dirty. The food was good. There was noise in the morning from the construction.

All good except heating not working We called front desk many times but no answer We found out in the morning that number specified on the phone was not the right Nr to call Both myself and my wife got a cold . Ruined our vacation

Great location, beautiful refurbished room, nice food, a little dissapointed with the spa, just about ok
