My fiancé and I truly enjoyed our stay. John checked us in and was so accommodating, friendly and helpful. The property is very well maintained with beautiful area for breakfast/lounging. Our room clean and nice with a refrigerator and coffeemaker even though guest lobby/lounge area had free coffee. EV charge point charging which was a total bonus. Nearby walking distance to shopping and restaurants. Beautiful views. Quiet and spacious rooms. Upon check out Ruth was wonderful with adding my Hilton Honors to my booking and checking out. Overall fantastic stay. You will not be disappointed with this hotel property.

Lo único que no me gusto es que no incluye el estacionamiento y hay q pagarlo aparte y considero que debe ser parte de la estadía. De lo demás excelente.

Excellent hotel, we enjoyed the breakfast, the room, hot tub, and the helpful staff. I do agree with other reviewers that the $10 + tax parking fee is ridiculous.

Snow storm knocked out power to the hotel, which of course isn’t the hotel’s fault, about 30 minutes after the power came back on at 3:30am there was an alarm to evacuate the hotel in the snowstorm, something that may or may not have been in the hotel’s control, but what was something the hotel had control of was the lack of any kind of apology for the situation and maybe extending the check out or breakfast time. Despite being up till 4:00am myself and my family went to get breakfast at 10:03am and the hotel had everything locked up already, not good customer service in my opinion!

The hotel was very clean from top to bottom. It even smelled nice which is uncommon. Not sure why you charge $10 for parking aside from the bill. You should just add it to the cost of the stay. Your breakfast sausages were good. Stick with your supplier.
