拉維佐宮飯店(Palazzo Ravizza)

It was a good hotel in a convenient location, but the parking was an issue. We followed all of their directions, but they failed to properly notify the police when we left the ZTL after checkout and now we are dealing with a very expensive Italian ticket - all because the hotel made an error

Nous avons beaucoup aimé cet hôtel, le personnel adorable, serviable et professionnel, la chambre spacieuse et tres propre. Le petit déjeuner moyen mais malgré tout satisfaisant, les décor très joli, surtout la tres belle terrasse avec une tres belle vue Situation parfaite pour découvrir à pied la ville de Sienne Et pour finir tout ça, un établissement au calme

Muy buen hotel, a menos de 10min caminando de la plaza del campo. El jardin con una vista espectacular a las colinas.Se puede desayunar ahi. Las habitaciones muy comodas, funcionales , bueba decoracion , en muy buenas condiciones. Sin duda lo recomiendo. El hotel esta dentro del centro historico. Zona de trafico limitada. En nuestro caso entramos por la puerta San Marco. Las instrucciones que nos enviaron por E-mail, estaban mal. Llame al hotel para confirmar por que el navegador de Google me indicaba vuelta a la Izq y las instrucciones vuelta a la derecha. La respuesta por telefono fue "Sigue las instrucviones del correo". A pesar de que habia un letrero de no dar vuelta a la izquierda. Afortunadamente no me multaron, pero maneje en sentido contrario hasta el hotel. Trate de explicar el error en recepcion pero no fueron receptivos.

Fantastic experience. Beautiful view from our room and the hotel garden, where we had a lovely complementary breakfast every morning. The room had large closets with plenty of hangers and a nice bathroom with a shower that had excellent water pressure. Front desk assistance was very helpful with dinner reservations and taxis.

Palazzo Ravizza is even better than you can expect or see in pictures. It is a beuatifull place, full of history and managed to perfection by a staff of great Italian women; following the history of the place. The rooms, the breakfast área, every corner is designed according to the architectural time, but with the comfort of today. And the "giardino" ! Once you make it there, any time of the day or night, you are in a Tuscan paradise. Hard to leave every time. Grazie mille Cecilia, Francesca and all staff. We'll be back....

May be the nicest hotel I've ever stayed at. The rooms were spotless, the views were breathtaking, the staff was gracious, and the breakfast was generous and delicious. The garden out back is beautiful and houses the hotel's mascot, Kiki the European box turtle. Kiki will join you for breakfast (albeit slowly) and loves a bit of banana or fruit. Five stars are not enough!

A wonderful stay at Pensioner Palazzo Rivezza - superior room was spacious and with a new bathroom. Francesca, Christina and Shaby were all incredibly helpful on restaurants and sightseeing options and were warm and kind. The hotel is in a great location for walking and has a lovely view. The continental style breakfast was great quality. Will definitely be back to stay again.

Nous avons un peu voyagé dans le temps dans cet hotel venu d'une autre époque avec ses fresques au plafond, ses arches et une ambiance un peu fin de règne. La chambre était très joliment décorée et offrait une belle vue sur la campagne toscane et les superpositions de constructions constituant le pourtour de la vieille ville de Sienne. L'hôtel est très bien placé. Bonne surprise malgré une réservation de dernière minute en haute saison.
