環境好、服務好、早餐好，游泳池很棒，全家都很開心

A bit too far to walk to the town, traffic and the road are busy without proper walkway is unsafe for tourists like us to walk. Overall it is a good hotel if you prefer a quiet place

儘管Trip上發布的免費接駁車資訊不正確，但飯店各方面都很完美。缺點是地點離Firm Street有點遠，不過花2美元左右搭tuk-tuk回飯店的體驗也很新鮮。 99.9 分（滿分 100 分）。

It was my first time staying at The Royal Family Suite by Memoire Palace Resort and Spa and I loved it! I stayed at the Grand Pool Suite, it was luxurious and spacious. 10/10 would recommend. Love the view, room, pool & buffet! Definitely staying there again in the future.

We spent 3 nights at this amazing hotel and it wasn't enough! The resort facilities are outstanding and we experienced wonderful service from all the staff. The grounds are beautiful and spacious and the pool is spectacular. We spent a lot of time visiting the sights of the area but wish we had allowed more time to enjoy this amazing hotel.

Nicest staff, very comfortable beds. Food very good, brilliant pool. The whole staff were so helpful, friendly and respectful. Too difficult to name an individual person as they were all marvellous. Could not recommend this hotel highly enough.
