阿納斯塔西亞飯店(Hotel Anastasia)

Dopo essere letteralmente fuggiti da un'altra struttura abbiamo prenotato una camera all'hotel Anastasia a mezzanotte. Ci siamo trovati benissimo, personale e direttore gentilissimi. Camere pulite e garage a disposizione gratuito sono altri due punti forti. Ci ritornerei sicuramente.

Very nice hotel, everything worked great and nicely furnished

Our stay at this hotel was awful. This could be a three star hotel at best but certainly not four. Yes the staff was helpful but they knew about the existing problems and did nothing to solve it. Our shower was leaking, the bedsheets had stains, they even served expired yogurts. That on top of the fact that only breakfast was served in a Swedish buffet style and if the food was gone they would not replace it. In the evening you couldn't even chose what you could eat, you were given the bare minimum. At least the beds were comfortable and the location was good. At check out they also beg you to give a good review and they'll give you a discount. Never going again.

Our stay left us with mixed impressions. We want to highlight the helpful and friendly staff. Nevertheless, the hotel category (4 stars) as well as the high average ratings on booking platforms (＞90%) are not accurate and comprehensible.

We had a great time and the accommodation at Anastasia Hotel was above our expectations. It is in a very good location . The owner who then helped at the reception as well, was exceptional friendly and helpful. He gave us all the direction we needed to go around. Thanks!!!
