錫比烏機場美居飯店(Mercure Sibiu Airport)

공항에서 제일 가까운 호텔이여서 늦게 도착하거나 일찍 출발하려는 분들한테는 좋은거 같아요. 아침 음식도 맜있었고, 새벽 비행기에 우버가 없었는데 다행이 호텔에서 택시를 불러줘서 편하게 도착했어요. 새벽출발이면 미리 말하면 음식도 새벽에 샌드위치랑해서 받을수 있었서 좋았구요, 길건너편에 대형마트도 있어서 좋았구요, 대신에 주변에 음식점들이 없어서 아쉽기는 했지만 전체적으로 좋았습니다.

The hotel delivers what you would expect. Room looked clean and tidy. The room style is a bit outdated to my taste (my taste is more modern) but it is definitely ok. Breakfast is served at 7.00am during the week which can be a bit late but the offering is good with local specialties. There is a small gym with 1 running machine, 1 elliptical, 1 bike and 1 upper body machine. There is a sauna which was closed during my stay in October 2023. Accessibility from the airport is good, around 5 minutes with a taxi.

Very weird experience. On one hand, the place looked new and modern. On the other hand, we had issues at check in so we got another set of rooms with same rate and somehow didn’t annulate the one over booking. But let’s say it was fixed. Bathroom was smelling bad and shower had issues. Bathroom needs clear renovation! Even worst, the lady at the reception came over me in the room and ran. I screamed because I was like *** and went on the hall because I assumed my door didn’t close if someone came in. And it was no room service. Someone yelled sorry from the hall and did not turn around. Even weirder, every day leaving with the car the receptionist was running after us to check out??? I mean, they have the visa if we were to leave. Just really off experience.

Falta absoluta de amabilidad en el personal de recepción. Estuvimos 3 noches y no limpiaron la habitación en ningún momento. Cada vez que volvíamos por la tarde, nos habían bloqueado las tarjetas de entrada a la habitación; ni una explicación y ni una disculpa, solo caras desagradables. A una de nuestras amigas le dieron un cuchitril de habitación, sin nevera, sin barras para colgar toallas , además de diminuta. Al pedir hoja de reclamación nos dieron un folio en blanco. Por fin, al insistir, parece que el hotel no estaba tan completo como decían y le dieron una habitación razonable. Una experiencia para no repetir jamás.

Nuit calme et confortable. Seule inconvénient, plus d’éclairage sur l’enseigne ou le parking serait idéal. Avec la brume, le brouillard, j’ai raté l’entrée.

I'd give 5 stars, the only downside is the aesthetics of the hotel and the rooms which are a bit outdated, but other than that, excellent comfort and the BREAKFAST was phenomenal! It was plentiful and of quality. Some staff members nice, others neutral. Overall very good experience

Large hotel, located in a busy road, away from the city center and close to the airport. Free parking. A strange situation occurred when I paid the room. I have made a reservation with points (I am an All client) to get a lower rate. But I ended up paying the normal price. The lady at the reception recognized the error, bur did not wish to correct it. Mistakes may happen, but they should be corrected. The situation took a couple of weeks and exchanged emails with the Customer care, until it was solved. Not nice.

We booked a double room with 2 beds a month before arrival. The beds on the booking website looked good. We paid in cash during Check in . Once in the room I found out that the bed was indeed a convertible sofa ( picture below) . I went back to the reception to ask another room but the receptionist said that that's all that was left because we arrive late ( for a booking confirmed a month earlier !). As I insisted he said that as we aren't satisfied with the room we have to leave the hotel and he's unilaterally canceling our reservation. We had to call the police and show them our reservation to be able to stay in the room we paid for. It never ever happened to me during the 10 years I'm doing reservations on ***********. The next day I talked to the manager and explain the incident , but it has been 3 monthes now and I still haven't been contacted by them.
