The rooms were clean and spacious. The counter staff is extremely supportive. Washroom is neat and clean. I had to check-in early and check out late and Inspite of heavy rush the team considered and helped me give extension time in check-in and check-out both.

It was excellent we enjoyed lot. I recommend to go this hotel. Bathroom hygiene. Excellent staffing swimming pool to maintain bit clean. Kids enjoyed lot . Very good air conditioning they provide water bottle and daily house keeping will be done

Really pleasant 😃 and clean rooms with very good staff at reception and very polite ☺️ thankyou so much everyone for good stay at City heart ❤️ the things that makes this such a good place to stay with family and friends.... The temple is very nearby to hotel..

We had a great stay here.!!! Thanks for the hospitality and support and making our stay comfortable & memorable We asked them to decorate the room as we planned birthday celebration and they readily agreed for the same. We will surely come here again and recommend this to others 😊👍

all the arrangements are made up to the mark. room and bathroom were clean. staff was good in communication. excellent location near shirdi sai baba temple. all the other facilities were near the hotel only. parking facilities is also good.

The rooms were neat and clean, bathrooms were clean and had 24 hours hot water. Swimming pool is good but not for kids..little deep Overall had an amazing stay here. Staff is welcoming and good... Location is at walkable distance from main sai baba temple..

This is my review after 2 visits in this hotel. Repeated this, because it was suited in the very first experience. I had visited this place with my family. Perfect place to stay, nearby the temple, proximity to main area is a plus point, hardly 5 mins of walking distance. Food is also good, you get autos , Pharmacy, and other basic requirements nearby.
