The entire stay was great, the staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was spotless, and very comfy, and the breakfast was amazing. We'll definitely be coming back.

We were put in a room that was right next to construction going on in a nearby room. The hotel was not that full, so nobody should have been put in a room so close to the noise. We were awaken at 7:00 in the morning by workmen slamming doors and using power tools. Very rude when you pay over $140 to stay in this hotel. When we complained at the front desk it was like it was no big deal. To us it was a very big deal. Not even an apology.

The hotel was immaculate, interesting and inviting guest areas with super friendly and helpful staff: both at the desk, and in the breakfast room. We opted to not have cleaning option while there but the room was very clean!

We stayed in the Royal Suite and loved how spacious the room was. Walking to the entertainment venue was literally across the parking lot! Very happy with our choice!!

When you’re going to a show at the Blue Gate PAC, it’s a great place to stay. We always get the breakfast in the morning which is excellent! Highly recommend!

I stay here multiple times a year, and this was by far the noisiest stay ever. All hours. Disappointed. The price point doesn't make sense for this.
