Koti Resorts are hands down the best place to stay in Shimla if you love peaceful mountains and delicious food. It's such a hidden gem I hope it stays the same forever. So much soace to roam around in grass, comfy hand-out spots and a serene walk the moment you step out,I wish this time never ends. Shoutout to Monika,Ronika and F&B Manager Goldy and every single staff member for making this a memorable experience,their kind and helpful service made our trip ❤️❤️

This has been our best stay ever in-terms of property location, food, ambience, rooms and over all hospitality of Koti resort. This Koti resort and the entire staff especially Goldy ji for F&B, Leela ji for House keeping, lal chand ji for fabulous food as a master chef and their staff Monika and Ronika have made out anniversary moment so special and unforgettable, so special thanks to them. Also my thanks to the Koti resort MD Yadendra Chand Ji who was always their and made a personal connect with guests.

So I booked this property for my partner's birthday celebration for 2 nights and it was all so smooth , we asked for decoration in our room which was very adorable we really loved it thank u sohil and team for the very nice gesture . The property is nearby the main road ,just a 200 mtr walk from main road with a mesmerizing mountain view and full of positive vibes . If anyone want to go away from the hustle bustle of city then they can come here . Good place to spend time with your loved ones . All the staff members are supportive and ready to assist quickly. I personally had a nice interaction with Ronika from F&B department and sohil from front desk but I would love to cheers to other staff also , kitchen and housekeeping team is very quick in their work . Keep going guys really appreciated and would definitely recommend to all .

Koti resort is a wonderful property with breath taking views and the fact that makes them standout is their staff and the humility & the hospitality they offer, I have stayed at this property twice and second visit was purely because of the beautiful guest experience they provide. The way you are taken care by them and made feel special is something that goes long way and for me it will always stay near to my heart. Lastly, I would like to thank their team (Ami Chand, Goldy, Virender, Ronika, Monika, Paras and Sachin) they have been the real super heroes..putting in tireless efforts and always brimming with patience for each and every guest ask. Koti resort is located at beautiful n mesmerising landscape.. The staff is so humble n polite. They treat you as if you are king or queen of the resort.Whether it is food , hygiene or hospitality They have shown their excellence .F n B manager Goldieji ,Restaurant staff Monika, Ronika n all other staff are so courteous n well mannered.
