Amazing hospitality. We planned our daughter’s first birthday here and they absolutely blew us away with their planning and surprises. From special cake from chef, to the decorations to impromptu hand made food for my child, I would definitely recommend this place for anyone planning a special day for their loved ones

Luxury stay with mesmerising view of valley Special thanks to Mr Vijay (Front desk) , chef Mr Bhushan, Miss Vanita in F&B and thanks to entire staff of Radisson kufri . Location , amenities, rooms , ambiance, view , food, service , housekeeping everything was fantastic. Love to visit again

The exceptional service of the staff is the highlight of this hotel and its breathtaking views of snowy mountains . Why I would not give this hotel a 5 star rating is the size of the room we were allocated . It’s smaller than what expected from Raddisons .There was no table to sit other than a small stool provided. If you can ignore the rooms size then everything else is exceptional. Food is excellent. Once again the staff and service are exceptional and great

I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional service we received during our recent stay at Radisson Kufri. From the moment we checked in, the staff were incredibly welcoming and accommodating. The rooms were immaculate and comfortable, providing a perfect base for exploring the beautiful Kufri region. We would especially like to commend Govind from Alaya restaurant. He was incredibly helpful, soft-spoken, and ensured we had a wonderful dining experience. His attentive service truly enhanced our stay. The chefs were always ready to serve the best dishes which only enhance our taste buds. I regret not knowing there names, but all the three were extremely attentive. Always used to come to us asking for our feedback. On the day we arrived on 19th December, the staff was very cooperative, right from Bhavana from the front desk to Raman from the activity section. Thank you to the entire Radisson Kufri team for making our trip so memorable. We will definitely be recommending your hotel to family and friends.

Wonderful, very comfortable stay, luck with unseason snow was awesome. Deluxe room has the most breathtaking view of the Himalayas. What went well: ° Ever smiling and helpful staff ° View from Deluxe Valley View room was breathtaking ° Food tasted good. Breakfast option, though limited in spread was delicious ° Location of the property ° Room heating worked well, much needed as the temperature outside plummeted to sub zero ° Comfortable, cozy bed What could improve: ° Inclusion of more local options in menu ° Dining space had very little heating. Not very comfortable during dinner timing. Bar had zero heating. ° There is no space to sit outside. Maybe a little curated space like a garden will do wonders.

Great staff from the main gate till anywhere you go in the premises. They’re genuinely warm and are eager to make you comfortable. Highly recommended. The F&B prices are in line with the industry as well. It is located right on NH-5 and has ample parking space.

"I recently had a dinner plan with my husband at Radisson Kufri, and I can't praise it enough! The location is absolutely breathtaking, nestled in the beautiful hills with stunning views that truly take your breath away. The food was exceptional, featuring a delightful variety of dishes that catered to all tastes—each item we tried was delicious and beautifully presented. What really stood out, though, was the staff. They were incredibly friendly, attentive, and truly went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic experience. A special to Govind, Rohit, Suresh, Shubham, Megha, and all the other team members who contributed to our wonderful evening. I highly recommend Radisson Kufri for anyone looking to relax and enjoy the perfect getaway!"

The Manager and room service was very humble and helpful. Rooms were clean and really nice, you should definitelt visit here either for food and the views. Valley view rooms are really nice and you can see the stars in clear sky and it looks really nice when sun hits the sky
