I would say picturesque location (some might call it isolated/secluded/remote). Service is topclass and food is exceptional (complemented the chef for a wonderfully cooked food). Staff is extremely polite, welcoming, and smiling.

It was a pleasant stay at Welcome ITC , Shimla. The rooms were cosy and with a great view. Ravinder at front desk helped with fast checkin. Food was also good. Kids had a great time in play area. Overall a good experience.

We recently stayed at Welcome Hotel Shimla for 4 days, and it was a wonderful experience. Even though the hotel was completely booked during our stay, the staff made sure we felt cared for and pampered. Their hospitality was truly impressive and made our trip extra special, they are the Hotel's biggest asset. One of the highlights was the stunning sunset view from our room—it was absolutely beautiful & relaxing. Watching the sun go down over the hills was an unforgettable part of our stay. The only downside was the approach road to the hotel, which is STRICTLY FOR EXPEREINCED DRIVERS, it could definitely be improved or at least well lit to see where one is going. However, this was a small inconvenience compared to everything else the hotel offered.
