Club mahindra nldehra property was very nice .staff was very friendly and happy hub was lots of activities and games .like 9dvr and fish spa is awesome experience .and Spa experience was very nice lady name miss.Api is very nice and happy hub name miss.Kritika is very friendly and nice behaviour. Food was delicious and housekeeping staff was very cooperative and helpful .overall staff was very good .will visit again surely .club mahindra service was very good 👍 thanks to club mahindra naldehra.

Our stay at Pristine Peaks was truly amazing. The hospitality and staff were warm, welcoming, and extremely helpful throughout our visit. The rooms were well-maintained and equipped with all essential amenities. It felt more like a cozy studio apartment, complete with a kitchen and everything else one might need for a comfortable stay. We also took the village tour, which turned out to be a wonderful experience. Our guide, Digvijay Thakur, was a kind and knowledgeable person who shared deep insights into the rich culture of Himachal and village life. He made us feel at ease and even clicked some fantastic photos for us that we will cherish forever. The traditional food we had in the village was delicious and truly authentic—it added to the overall memorable experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking to enjoy nature, culture, and genuine hospitality!

The resort is CM s top notch pick. The views are just mind boggling overviewing the Himalayan range from the balcony. It is a resort for all age groups. Kids play area to just sun baking to sports activities like cycling and treks. The food was also very good, although it gets chaotic in the evening. The resort should contemplate another restaurant that is just open via bookings. Overall a fantastic experience !

Beautiful property on a calm hill with access close to Shimla - this is an outstanding CM resort, another jewel in the crown We spent 3 nights here, it felt very short The dining options were great, especially the Asian cuisine restaurant serving Thai, Japanese and Cantonese cuisines. The parathas were good for bfast - offcourse we wished the staff were more welcoming & had better attitude House keeping was amazing, very quick and spotless service The sunrise views from the room were astonishing The trek to pine forests was enchanting, nicely guided by MBA turned naturist, Digvijay Overall great experience

The facilities, the services, rooms & the resort were all excellent. The staff was very courteous & helpful. The entertainment activities were all very creative & wonderfully organised. Special mention for Pooja for the Himanchali Nati dance performance & wonderful organisation of the cultural events. Overall, a very pleasant & relaxing experience.

Wake up in the morning to a beautiful mesmerizing mountain range with snow capped mountains in the back drop. Rooms are well maintained. Hospitality at its best Komal the staff in charge of fun activities was very enthusiastic and engaged all the guests.. Food spread was , The welcome drink was yummy
