When we checked in, we were given our keys to two different rooms. Both rooms were occupied already, scaring the people in the room. This was at midnight. The attendant was less than friendly and not willing to accommodate to make right their error in double booking. No offer to comp our rooms etc. I contacted them earlier in the week to make known that we would be having a late check in. Also made us take a separate elevator than her ( only 1 in the hotel) because of her fear of covid and shoving us out of the way when we tried to enter. She blamed the other workers to making this error. She called for her manager to help and he just stayed in his office unwilling to help and there was a lobby full of people waiting (this was after a late Cardinals game). We stay here multiple times a year when we visit St Louis. We will not be returning.
