舍伍德帕克福朋喜來登飯店(Four Points by Sheraton Sherwood Park)

Fantastic property and location just outside Edmonton. Nothing to complain about at all. Rooms are large and the bathroom we had was also much larger than most hotels. On the downside the buffet breakfast was nice but a little Shaky. Wasn't always as hot as you'd like and sometimes the trays were empty. But we have no complaints at all and would definately stay here again!

On the Friday there were a ton of rowdy teenagers in the pool. It was annoying but the hotel did deal with ut when reported. We were not a huge fan of the menu in the restaurant. Choices were very limited. Other than that, the stay was good.

Front desk clerk was the same checking in and out, nice young man. He handled very rude customer very well and apologized for having us wait.

Really horrible customer service. Staff at the front gave us zero information when we checked in. Kind of unfriendly every time we came in and out. Rooms were okay but we were there for 4 nights and house keeping only came in once. Our garbage kept over flowing and only gave us more coffee that one time. They took our dirty towels and never replaced them with new ones. We constantly had to ask for towels at the pool. Very poor lighting in the rooms and the bathrooms. There was a noise disturbance outside the lobby at midnight the one night just below our room window. The hotel did nothing to get rid of it until I called down to complain. There’s not a lot of parking as the lot is shared with another hotel. Once we realized there was underground parking we did use that but it had a horrible setup to try and get in. Probably won’t stay here again.

Checked in around 11:00 pm and it was quite slow (took almost a half hour) with a lineup of people checking in. Front desk only had one employee but he was friendly and apologetic throughout for the delay in checking in. Not his fault but two employees could have *******ted the process. Hotel property itself was very clean. Beds were very comfortable and rooms were very spacious and comfortable. My only complaint is the coffee in the room - it was awful - I need good coffee to get going in the morning and it was anything but. Please update to Keurig coffee makers and pods. Your guests will appreciate it!

Generally good stay. Room was clean, staff was friendly and helpful. Some people left the window open. The window and the lamp by the winder were covered by little bugs, since the room was facing the glassland. We know those bugs were harmless, but it's awful to look at and think of in a hotel room.

The doors are a bit noisy when they close. We had no problems staying here and would stay again. Earplugs would help if you are a light sleeper like me

It was definitely a 3 star. Rooms are ok, no issues but nothing fancy.

Beautiful hotel and the staff were very pleasant and helpful! Loved our stay!
