非常差的體驗，客人還在房間，敲了兩下門就拍卡闖進來。 帶小孩子週末去深圳玩，午睡過了時間，前台打電話來催退房，已經馬上說知道，打電話叫老公去樓下加錢租房。 下一秒個清潔工人就敲門闖進來。門內已經按了請勿打擾按鈕，門外變成請清潔按鈕。而且門鈴也沒有響。清潔工人還說是我按了請清潔，荒謬！ 酒店員工不顧客人隱私，隨意闖入。電話中已經回應說了知道，經理馬上要清潔工人查房。小孩子和大人也被嚇到。過了時間續住，可以在退房時罰款。酒店員工不應該擅自拍卡闖進來。 非常差的體驗！不會再入住這集團的酒店！ Very poor experience. 冷氣夠凍, 房間細, 清潔一般, 有小小煙味, 但可以接收. 地點方便, 樓下有按摩, ok. 大堂有COFFEE, 可以任DRINK.
