Fantastic, clean room. Rose Mary was very helpful as we had to check in late.

This motel has stolen my money. They took a booking out of office hours knowing full well they had no vacancies and were still happy to process it and now won’t give me a refund. We tried several times to contact the property with no success with the calls going straight to message bank. This is theft

The bedroom and bathroom was very dated and smelt of beer, although it seemed to be clean. The pictures online make it look alot better than in real life and the price of a room should be readjusted accordingly. The bed was not comfortable and left us with back ache, the cleaners come past the room, back and forth pretty early and made alot of noise. Overall this stay was very disappointing and I would reccomend staying elsewhere.

I like that the property is easy to get to and is so close to 4 major hospitals. The rooms are very well appointed. The only thing I did not like was that the room was on the 1st floor but that is entirely my fault as I did not book early enough. There is no lift. I have back and mobility issues so it was very difficult getting my gear up to the room and up and down the stairs each day. I shall make sure any time I book to do it early enough to get a ground floor room.

Was recommended by previous guest as a quiet convenient location to nearby hospitals as a comfortable alternative as the Crawford House Cancer accommodation was fully booked for the duration of our stay. We were warmly welcomed at check in on arrival. Plenty of parking on site with easy access to and from property. Our room had been refurbished , bedding was comfortable and clean nice big bathroom with plenty of light, kitchen facilities were all we needed.We would definitely book accommodation again here.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. We stayed for 2 nights! The location was great for where we needed to go. The room was very clean. Double glazed windows and dark curtains made the room very quiet and peaceful! The bed was comfortable. The microwave in the room was great for us, meant we could bring our own food instead of ordering out! We didn't get to use the pool, but the area was very clean and looked great. Thankyou. Will be returning again.
