Sunday lunch problems.. Having been to Brocco many times since opening and never having anything but a lovely experience We were utterly shocked to have a really dreadful meal Sunday Very little choice on menu The Beef was rare to the point of raw, completely inedible and veg disappointing and dry - nice gravy however Only ice cream left for pud, not great Please fix things Brocco👍

A promising menu (which is why we chose it). A nice space and ambience, well lit, quiet, welcoming. Its all very slick. It kicks off pretty good, but then: the portions are squiddly weeny, some of the dishes just don't work - one prawn? Really? and allofasudden the prices look daft. Pretensions? Style? I don't know where the line is, but the staff had that kind of disdainful detachment that is verging on snotty. Underwhelmed, hugely.

I went to a friend's baby shower. The service was terrible. There was around 20 of us and was booked 2 months in advance. We booked an afternoon tea. They had hardly any staff. We had 1/2 finger sandwiches each 1 cocktail sausage roll and a tiny quice. They lost the teaspoons. Had to chase them for water for the table 5 times. They forgot the cream/jam for scones. No management on site to deal with any of this. All we had was excuses on how busy they were. We sympathise with the staff as they were under pressure but that wasn't our problem. The lady who's baby shower it was had to get the mangers phone no from a member of staff to ring them. She was told she wasn't well and couldn't deal with it but will call back later. Would definitely not recommend

Sat outside.Was ignored,staff walked by and even looked at me from inside.I approached the bar area,waiter pretended he hadn’t noticed me!Decided not to have Sunday lunch as a result. Poor service now

Visted last Sunday for lunch, arrived on time , no-one to great us(another person was also waiting ) the restaurant wasn't busy at the time ony 2 other tables seated. 5 minutes or so passed and we were then seated and given a drinks menu, ordered drinks , the food menu didnt arrive, we had to ask for it , and then ask again later to order as time was passing. The food came which we couldnt fault at all ,beautifully presented and very tasty. Again when we asked for the bill we were kept waiting and it seamt we were an annoyance for asking. Food - fantastic Venue- beautiful Service - very poor The service would definately put us off returning

Another enjoyable stay at Brocco visiting family. Thank you to all the team for your excellent and professional service as usual. We were pleased to have booked a table for Sunday Lunch and what a treat, Sunday roast was cooked to perfection and delicious! The level of care and service from the staff is always the highlight of our stay and obviously the standard of our room.

Dreadful experience. Meals came at different times. My sister and brother in law were on their coffee before we had our main course. Food cold but did not dare complain as thought it would mean further delay. Will not go their again

這是我們在 Brocco 的第二次住宿，我們很高興。餐廳週日晚上不營業，但附近有很多餐廳（酒店推薦了 Nonna's，結果非常好）。我們的房間既現代又舒適。套間浴室是我用過的最好的無障礙浴室——現代、優雅但實用。我不確定這家酒店是否適合比我更有限的人 - 位置非常多山，坐輪椅進出酒店和我們的房間將是一個挑戰。但對我來說這是理想的。早餐時發現廚師沒有出現：這可能是一個真正的問題，但迷人的服務員沙沙作響了一塊培根塊並挽救了局面。總的來說，這是一次非常好的住宿。
