Perfect location if you are passing through I/40 and need clean comfortable place with professional staff. Hot Breakfast included - great deal and adjacent to lots of other food and / fuel options. Once again the bed very comfy and clean, and front desk staff flexible and attentive!

Pretty good oveall, but second night kids were yelling and running part of large group for several hours.

Overall it was a nice room. Loved the shampoo, conditioner, soap, and lotion. Good channels on the tv. Would stay here again!

No pool, elevator, and the room smelled unpleasant. Ask the staff about partial refund but was told because I went through a third party it was not possible. I would not recommend

There is no working elevator. The front desk clerk says it hasn’t worked for nearly a week and it breaks often. So we had to carry our suitcases up three flights of stairs.

The room was unacceptably dirty. The sheets were not clean and there were dead bugs everywhere. The staff however were fantastic! They were able to change our room and made sure the new room was clean. The front desk gave me a email for management but they have not responded.

Everything was good. Computer problems at check in. My hotel rewards was not apparent. I have to call IHG for points earned? I have my account on My *******?

Not clean floors dirty. Rooms smell strange, no wifi even after i told them how to fix it(i'm a Systems Engineer). Receaved no help from inexperienced front desk attendent. She was swampped with people needing help and she was having to call someone on how to help each person/issue. Perfect customer centric person but just needed training on what to do for all issues.

This property looks to be newly remodeled and is pretty nice compared to their local competitors but it was pretty dirty. Our bathroom, including the shower was not cleaned well.
