肖諾四季飯店(Shawano Four Seasons Hotel)

The lady up front was rude and was rude the whole time i stayed but the room was nice and clean and same with the pool area

We were very pleasantly surprised at how comfortable, clean, convenient and cheap this place was. Staff was friendly and polite and helpful. El jefe restaurant was also very good. This will be our place when we go for Packer games💚💛

Staff was awesome especially Catherine at the front desk on Sunday. The pool and hot tub were nice Room was very nice and roomy 2 king sized beds very comfortable. Will be coming back again

We have no complaints about our stay at this hotel. Clean rooms, polite personnel, nice swimming pool. If we are ever in the area again, we would stay here again.

Well the number one reason for booking the hotel was for the attached restaurant. Upon arrival with no prior notification we were I that the restaurant closed for a prolonged period of time and would not be available. Due to this the included breakfast would also not be supplied. I was told just go somewhere else to eat when I was told they are closed. Mattresses were old, worn out and extremely uncomfortable. Flooring and countertop were all pealing off in the bathroom. Overall horrible experience.

Hotel was clean, but dated. Disappointed that we were not aware or notified that the restaurant was closed until we paid and checked in .

Needs a lot of updates, and cleanliness was marginal. Would not recommend

The front desk was in-staffed when I arrived. It did take me a few minutes to notice the sign about notifying the front desk person. The sign was over by the house phone rather than at the front counter.

They gave me a key to a room that someone was already occupying. The deadbolt was latched otherwise I would have walked in on a person.(tv on and do not disturb sign on the handle) Very friendly staff though gave me a different room right away and apologized. Computer error or mistake not her fault. Wow though that could’ve ended terribly.
