The room was very clean as well as the public areas that we hung out at. I was really impressed with the breakfast. So many choices. Cereal, yogurts, chessey eggs, bacon, pancakes, bagels and more. The staff were really nice too. I'll definitely stay there my next visit to Cincy which will probably be next month.

I didn’t like the stuff who working with customers, not nice and I was waiting for my check in for 15 min with my kid after a long car trip. Really??? Not even apologizing for waiting time. I will not recommend to stay in this hotel and with this price and this service no more… “Hilton”

I had to take a quick trip with my 10 year old daughter and took a chance on this new-to-us hotel, and I am so glad I did! Everything was clean, comfortable, and welcoming, and my daughter declared that this was her "favorite hotel ever!" After seeing some reviews of noise concerns, I almost didn't book, but we experienced none of those problems. Everything was exceptionally clean, the beds were comfortable, and the TV was on with a personalized welcome. The breakfast did not have as many options as other places that we have stayed, but was still more than adequate, and delicious. The front desk staff were friendly and quick to serve. I would definitely stay here again!

We were very pleased with our stay. We were in town for appointments at Cincinnati Children’s hospital. The hotel was only about a 15 minute drive and had plenty of restaurants and shops around it. I was very pleased with breakfast. I was unable to eat after 6:30 and they began serving breakfast at 6 and had plenty of options available! We will be staying in Cincinnati for every 2 weeks and will definitely be staying at this hotel when we do.

New and nice but don't plan on sleeping. I had a room on the 2nd floor facing the parking lot but close to the west end by the expressway, not that I think that would matter. The nonstop semi-truck engine braking in I-75 with train tracks close by will keep you up all night. The walls are paper thin and anytime someone was in the hallway it sounded like they were in my room. I guess I if stay again I'd recommend an east-side room and sleep with the TV on or earplugs.

The walls and floors are extremely thin. I could hear people putting things in their garbage cans and hear complete conversations in my room from the floor above me and next door. I have stayed in many of these hotels, this one was poorly insulated. However the place was clean and maintained and staff was friendly

The front desk associate wasn't very friendly, other than that we enjoyed our 2-night stay there. It was close to several restaurants and the Convention Center. The bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean.

Breakfast was great, clean a little too close to xpressway no shopping nearby and area kinda of dirty
