I feel compelled to address my recent stay at your hotel, which regrettably involved two separate incidents of harassment within a single day. The day started on the beach with a distressing two-hour episode of leering at me from an elderly man. followed by the evening two unknown men tracking me to my room with *****. Swift action by the esteemed officers of the Egyptian Security Forces led to their prompt deportation. Contrary to these actions, my experience with the hotel was tainted by a defensive and accusatory approach from a manager, forcing me into a constant state of self-defense. And now I have some questions for Mr. Hussam: 1. Wasn't one occurrence of a woman being pursued by two men in your hotel sufficient? Why did you attempt to downplay the situation by repeatedly asking, "Was it only once?" 2. Saying "unknown individuals" implies precisely that - unknown. Why did you insinuate by questioning my level of sociability based on two brief 3-second videos on the hotel beach and my lack of response to the approaching men? Accusing me of socializing with them is unfounded, as I consciously avoided any interaction after feeling uncomfortable under the lingering gazes just hours prior. Furthermore, in a case where two men tried to enter a woman's room with *****, if the person were not me but a young girl who might have been socializing and drinking with them, and if she had been subjected to assault, would that have been acceptable to you? I deeply regret to say that protecting the hotel is synonymous with protecting its guests. As a nearly 30-year-old woman well-versed in laws and regulations, I protected myself through law enforcement. Yet, it seems I also needed protection from your mindset. Unfortunately, the two days of my stay became more of a disaster to me mentally, living with the constant fear of harassment, potential blame, and discomfort with these emotions. Speacial thanks to: Night Manager Mr. Mohammed for being the right person in crises time, helping to solve problem and understanding, Organization Manager Mr. Khalid and his team, Egyptian Police Force, and Azmi the bartender(do not underestimate him) whom tried to cheer me up in all this madness. Una struttura praticamente eccellente ed eccezionale, tutto pulitissimo e pulizia della camera impeccabile, il servizio è ottimo e i camerieri sono sempre sorridenti e molto bravi e gentili. Tutto ottimo, torneremo sicuramente.

sono stata una settimana in vacanza in questo resort nuovissimo.E' stata un'esperienza molto piacevole:il resort e' molto elegante, nei sui numerosi ristoranti si mangia bene e c'e' una buona scelta tra i vari menu' e tra cucine di paesi diversi.La formula all-inclusive comprende anche le bevande alcoliche,vino,birra e cocktail . La clientela e' giovane, molti russi, per cui bisogna mettere in conto un po' di rumore alla sera sino verso mezzanotte. La spiaggia e' bellissima e il mare di facile accesso ,molto limpido e ricco di pesci

I enjoyed it here but didn’t like that we couldn’t watch Netflix on TV or access other international tv shows. They need smart TVs. The TV was also placed away from the bed view so you’ll always have to sit to watch tv.

New hotel in impeccable condition. Very comfortable, clean, modern and relaxing environment. The swimming pools have warm water. The sea is beautiful and you can go snorkelling offshore. The service at the pool and beach is excellent with a wide variety of drinks and afternoon snacks at the beach. All four à la carte restaurants are amazing. Hands down the best food we have ever had and we travelled around the world. My favorite was the Munchery international restaurant with a different menu every day of the week. The Egyptian night on Thursday was beyond expectation. The service was 10/10 and the manager Mr Mohammed Abdel Wahab was exceptional. Thank you for a great stay. We will definitely be back.

Wonderful relaxation area. There were no problems with lunch or dinner orders at all. Each employee is ready to help and solve your problem, if something needed to be solved.

Sehr Sauber , guter gegend, freundlich personal, besonder dank für Salah in italian rest, elad und Ahmed in lebanese rest , shazli in pool Mostafa and instructors momen and Karim in blue sea dive club wir werden ganz bestimmt wieder kommen
