We are having the best time and Amreid especially made us feel special and amazing service ,he made sure we had drinks and our table was very clean.He is very friendly and made us feel welcome overall this experience is going amazing :)

Το ξενοδοχείο το βρήκα τυχαία κι αφού είδα καλες κριτικές το επέλεξα. Ταξίδεψα με την μητέρα μου και τις δυο αδερφές μου. Μόλις φτάσαμε το ξενοδοχείο απ εξω φαινόταν λίγο απεριποίητο. Ήταν πολύ ωραίο ξενοδοχείο πολλές πισίνες. Το φαγητό ήταν εξίσου καλο …τα γλυκα του μπουφέ ήταν αδιάφορα..Στο μπαρ της μεγάλης πισίνας θα συναντήσετε τον Shady ο οποίος είναι ευγενέστατος και πάντα χαμογελαστός και εξυπηρετικός. Σε αντίθεση με τον Milad ο οποίος είναι εκεί μόνο για φιλοδώρημα και το εκφράζει πολύ έντονα και προσέχει μόνο όσους του αφήσουν φιλοδώρημα…Μείναμε 1123-1124 ο άνθρωπος που μας καθάριζε ήταν πολύ καθαρός και πολύ ευγενικός, τον ευχαριστουμε πολύ. Είχε ιδιωτική παραλία στην οποία δεν μπορούσες να μπεις από την στεριά μόνο από την γέφυρα και ήταν λίγο τρομακτικά…Στην ρεσεψιόν δεν ήταν καθολου εξυπηρετικοί αφού ζητήσαμε βοήθεια με την αλλαγή χρημάτων, εκτός από τον Μήνα…Ο μπάρμαν στο μπαρ της παραλίας ήταν αδιάφορος σέρβιρε μόνο όσους του άφηναν φιλοδώρημα οι υπόλοιποι έπρεπε να σηκωθούν και να πάνε στο μπαρ για να πάρουν το ποτό τους. Τα θετικά του ξενοδοχείου όμως ειναι περισσότερα από τα αρνητικα οποτε το συνιστώ για όποιον θέλει να πάει για χαλάρωση…

工作人員非常友好,隨時準備幫助您。位置很好,周圍有很多事情要做。他們有海灘通道供酒店客人使用。對於價格,我認爲非常值得。謝謝Naama Blue!

距離機場大概25分鐘車程，酒店可提供接送機服務。巴士每人7.5刀，專車35刀。酒店內部設施齊全，我們訂購的豪華海景套房可免費享受汗蒸，spa等服務。可以提供加牀及嬰兒牀。唯一不足是餐食不夠豐富，中東菜為主的自助餐，中餐幾乎沒有。可點咖啡，當地酒水等特色飲品。酒店風景很美，海邊隨手一拍就是大片。另，酒店靠近網紅咖啡店Farsha coffee,打車3分鐘。

Very good hotel very clean english very welcome lovley beach swimming with the fishes near the corral and they all pleased to see us food was good and hotel a pleasure to stay at met omar very pleasent on the entertainment staff very nice bloke highly recommended staff cant do enough for you will be back again.

是沙姆沙伊赫數一熟二的全包奢華酒店，離機場很近，我們打車150磅，貴了，應該砍到100。 優點：1.套房房間布局合理，衛浴間尤其舒適寬大。 2，主餐廳足夠大，品種豐富，午餐，晚餐豐盛。尤其是晚餐，室外燒烤部分有烤蝦，烤魚。室內部分三文魚，螃蟹，青口貝，魷魚，各種雞牛羊肉。在埃及沒有五星酒店能做到這樣。 3，小童俱樂部很大，室內室外都有。還有一個小規模的水上樂園。 4，度假村佔地龐大，泳池也足夠多，無論住哪棟樓都有靠近的泳池。 5，晚上的秀在埃及屬於上乘，前半小時是帶孩子們跳舞。後面才是正式節目。 6，度假村內的擺渡車比較頻繁，點到點一定要坐車。 缺點：1，全包酒店，三餐，海灘，泳池，劇場裏的飲料都是免費。但幾個特色餐廳如日本餐廳，土耳其餐廳，意大利餐廳等還是需要預約且付費。在埃及我們也試過別的全包酒店，除了主餐廳，其它特色餐廳也基本都是免費的。所以這樣的全包有點遺憾。 2，nabq bay的海灘先天不足，很硬的礁石，想要浮潛需要通過棧橋再下海，不方便。但魚真的好多好漂亮。 總之，以我們在埃及紅海住過11家度假村的經驗來說，這家很推薦，還會再去。

I have stayed in quite a lot of Novotels in various countries and this one was scraping the barrel despite its ”5 star” status. I was transferring from a different 5 star hotel in Sharm El Sheikh and the difference between the two in terms of service and quality was like night and day. After check in, I queried why I had been asked to pay on arrival despite having confirmation from Accor that I had prepaid for the room. I was promptly accused by a gentleman at the front desk of presenting fraudulent confirmation which had me incredibly upset. After about 10 minutes a manager finally came out to explain that despite the confirmation email, payment had not been taken which it would have been nice to be informed of prior to my arrival at the hotel. He offered a fruit basket as a form of an apology which never appeared in our rooms. The rooms at the hotel are in desperate need of updating and have clearly not undergone a deep clean in a long time after we found rubbish under the cushions in the seating area. The hotel drinks are terrible quality and served in the smallest cups imaginable. The selection of food is really quite small and the included ”juice” served with breakfast was watered down nonsense that tasted disgusting, clearly trying to get people to pay for the premium juice. Juice was available from the bars but these conveniently did not open until breakfast was finished. The children's activities seem very badly organised and the signage was inaccurate in some places as to what was happening when. The overall quality of the food was mediocre, with a few decent though not outstanding choices. The only reason I haven't given this hotel 1 star is because the crossing attendants to help you get from the Palm side to the beach side were very nice, and the hotel does have access to an excellent snorkelling area with a wide variety of marine life and easy access without a long jetty. As a member of the Accor loyalty scheme, I was entitled to late checkout if there was availability which the hotel seemed very hesitant to honour, and made sure that we were not going to make any further use of either meals or drinks by cutting off our bands. This was once again a far cry from our experience at the other hotel we stayed at, which was far more relaxed and open considering Sharm El Sheikh often has people leaving in the evenings. All in all I would not consider staying at this hotel again even if I was offered a fee to do so, and would suggest one of the many other fine establishments in the area.

房間：房間是海景房，很漂亮，剛好能看日出，這是我選擇住在這裏的原因。 環境：這裏出去沒有商業，如果沒有訂三餐，衹能自己去餐廳付費自助了。 出行：如果你需要出行，那麼這邊可以代訂出租或者酒店的公務車，不過價格都很貴，整個沙姆沙伊赫都是沒有優步的，出行費非常昂貴。 海灘：這邊海灘人比較少，珊瑚不如有潛水店的地方的珊瑚羣漂亮，我們專門去了潛水店體驗了一下，那邊人就很多了，很熱鬧，外麪的餐館就餐也很方便，價格便宜。 衛生：第二天服務員給我們做了個浴巾花很喜歡。不過床單被子底下有個疙瘩，我覺得不太舒服，我比較挑剔吧，另外就是被子中間是個小毛毯，也不是被套裝進去的，而是兩個被單夾住，睡着中間被芯就跑了，讓我蓋空了，睡的冷的很。衛生做的很到位。

這是一場超棒的旅行，為了我們的結婚紀念日，我們花很長時間找了很多酒店。最後選定了這家，為整個行程增色不少。登記入住的時候，前台KHALID非常專業地處理了我的信用卡問題。ATIF先生把周年紀念的所有細節都處理得非常得當。熱情友好，總是微笑着的酒吧員工令人難忘。最後，MOHAMMED SHUKRI負責管理的遊泳池是整個酒店我最喜歡的地方，再次感謝帶來如此美好的回憶

Firstly, other guests are absolutely right in that the staff are super friendly, helpful and make your stay enjoyable. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Secondly, rooms are spacious and immaculately clean and tipping a couple of dollars to your cleaners ensures a regular supply of more and more elaborate towel art! The food is okay for an AI, varied most of the time and some good specials on the barbecue. The falafels at breakfast are an absolute must try - utterly delicious. The hotel puts on transfers to the beaches and to both Naama Bay and the old town. All of these have to be booked so there’s no spontaneous decisions about where to go and what to do unfortunately. If you’re just after a week in the sun then this is absolutely fine and you don’t need me to tell you that there are better hotels in sharm but it’s a good value option with great staff
