We spent a wonderful week at the Steigenberger Alcazar, on 24th February, Robert, Kim, Sue, and Ian, unfortunately, due to a slight flight delay arrived at the hotel around 9 pm we went straight into the Zohreya restaurant buffet which was still very well stocked with loads of hot choices of food, our waiter was very helpful, once fed we went to one of the nice cocktail bars for a couple of drinks, Finally went to our room around midnight, the room was extremely nice and very big, with two large queen size beds together, a huge bathroom with a lovely walk-in shower, Here comes the only negative to our holiday, our rooms 3104 and 3102 although both very close to the adult pool area, which is where we spent most of our holiday, both faced over the hotel next door, so our view was of the side of the adjacent hotel, and a noisy air conditioning unit above I would think a restaurant. On returning to our rooms at the end of the day to sit on the balcony it was very noisy. The hotel was only approx 40% capacity, so in this case, why not give all your guests the best possible rooms available, i.e. pool view or even sea view, the reason is to encourage them to come back and maybe pay for an upgraded room next time round, also word of mouth is the best possible advertising for a hotel. That is just a suggestion for the hotel. Now back to the many positives, breakfast at the buffet, Zohreya restaurant every morning our waiter would have our table ready, the same table in the sun as we liked that, 4 latte coffees and 4 OJ’s, breakfast, the choices were vast and amazing, the pastries I have never seen such choice, I have been to all-inclusive’ s in Europe Mexico and the Caribbean, this was the best for breakfast, choices of hot, cold, fruit, cereals, juices and hot drinks always being topped up. Pastry chef always there describing every one of his fabulous cakes Five al a-cart restaurants, Amoura Lebanese restaurant, overlooking the pool. Firstly we tried the Shisha while sipping on cocktails, and then we enjoyed a hearty meal with a hint of spices from all over the Middle East, Mr Hamid was extremely helpful in talking us through the menu. Hama restaurant, we were told to ask for Ahmed, he looked after us and recommended our meals for the evening, authentic Japanese offerings of sashimi, Tempura, Teppanyaki, and more. Fantastic, salmon, seabass, prawns, chicken rice, and noodles, truly amazing food. This restaurant also offers its show cooking Teppanyaki experience La Maison restaurant, has delicious food, but our least favourite. The ambience didn’t seem quite as good compared to all the other restaurants Sanafir Fish Restaurant and lunchtime beach bar, this was a favourite for us. beautiful on-the-table BBQ of a mixed selection of fish and seafood, along with cocktails and beer, and also wonderful fillet steaks. Overall had a great week at the hotel. The heated main pool is a fantastic idea as although outside temp is in the mid 20's the un heated pools are cold and very few people using them at this time of year. Hotel is very clean through out and always being cleaned.Most staff helpful and pleasent,the sales reps around the pool for the spa,trips etc can be a bit much at times. The food is good for an all inclusive hotel,only slight issue for me was that breakfast lacked some of the hot food you normally find e.g scrambled eggs,fried eggs hard to come across but sure if i had tried hard enough at the omlette counter some one would have managed to do. The coffee shop by reception was nice for afternoon tea/coffee and a cake,cakes are a little tasteless by uk standards we found. Biggest let down for us was the evening entertainment, all inclusive hotel entertainment is a bit hit and mis at best but this seemed to be one of the worst.For us a band/music would have been much better rather than jumping about/dancing on stage most nights. Overall good 4* hotel and would return .

First time to Sharm. Hotel is excellent. We were a bit worried about the construction work happening during our stay for the new restaurant. No need to worry, it did not affect us. The grounds leading to the beach are beautiful. The food has been fantastic. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We would like to give a special mention to Mahmoud (restaurant manager), Bebo (in the piano bar) and Ahmed (our room cleaner) for going above and beyond in making our holiday special. Thank you so much guys 😊🤗 xx

It was my first time at Coral Sea Waterworld. We stayed for only 5 nights here, and I can say that it was the best hotel I have ever been to. I’m picky eater, but the food was lovely for me! The staff, waiter service, reception, etc, were super nice people, big thanks for them! And of-course I want to say thanks for Hotel animation team, they were incredibly friendly, full of energy, fun and really helpful!🩷

Были в отеле 1-5.11.2023 семьёй вчетвером. Всё очень понравилось,территория, сервис, уборка( спасибо Ахмеду), питание в отеле. Анимация для детей хорошая, аниматоры стараются , особенно Яна, видно, что практически всё держится на ней. Немного напрягает анимация от местных парней - грубовата, неуместные шутки, Территория чистая, зелёная, комаров и всякого рода живности нет. Пляж песчаный , с утра как новый , видимо рано утром всё приводят в порядок. Море мелкое, что удобно для детей. Рифа как такового нет, поплавать с маской ходили на частный пляж 3 доллара с человека в 10мин ходьбы в сторону отеля Baron, пляж находится за ним. Вот там риф так риф, просто супер и дайвингом заняться можно 30 долларов 15мин. Питание хорошее, разнообразное, повара молодцы. Крабы, морепродукты, тунец, манго, баранина всё было очень вкусно. Особенно понравилась кондитерка- фруктовые корзиночки с манго просто райское наслаждение 😌 Не понравился местный алкоголь и всякого рода спрайты(отдают хлоркой) коктейли из них никакие. Да и стаканы многоразовый пластик с закосом под стекло.Только в лобби баре стеклянные бокалы и стаканы. Многоразовый пластик после стольких людей как-то не очень, видимо из-за этого и хлорных напитков старший сын подхватил расстройство желудка. Платный мини бар в номере, что удивило. Выезд был поздним, освободили номер к 12:00 и пользовались всеми услугами отеля до позднего вечера. Продлить номер не удалось, так как отель находился на стопе, полное заселение номеров. Единственный минус отеля это пластиковые многоразовые стаканы для напитков!

I would like to again congratulate Rixos Premium Seagate at sharm el sheik for their hospitality in this 1st class exceptional hotel where you will be pampered head to toe in all the superb amenities provided. Relax, indulge and enjoy your stay here which will definitely be an amazing experience. The food is Michelin, entertainment extravagant and relaxation serene. Honestly I really feel revived after my 1 week stay. I was here 2 months ago in September and back here again ! What you pay for is worth every penny ! I would also like to express my gratitude to the manager Amery who ensures that the hotel is functioning perfectly, Ibrahim and Mehmet who manage the food and beverage exceptionally well and all the other team leaders including Honey the head of security that worked endlessly to ensure that we have a wonderful top class experience. Thank you for your attention to detail in this magnificent hotel and for the love and care you give us.

We flew to Ivy Cyrene Island Resort and can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to visit Sharm el-Sheikh. Great people, beautiful place. Special thanks go to the best bartender Mohamed Mostafa, our hotel ”Diego”, thank you for the smile and energy that made our stay much more pleasant! And your drinks tasted the best! We miss you so much! I would also like to thank lifeguard Mohamed Esmail Elsawy, another wonderful man who has always smile on his face, my soulmate with the same sense of humor! ”Where's DORY?!” 😂 The entire hotel staff was wonderful, from the animators to the restaurant staff! We hope to see you next year, thanks to you we want to come back here!
