Clean hotel but bad experience, unwelcoming staff, no water in the room, I don't recommend it

Отдыхали в Новый год 2024, хуже отеля не встречала , грязь везде , в номерах уборка никакая, везде ковровое покрытие и они его не пылесосят вообще , в ванной песок ни разу не убрали за неделю , постоянно проблема с полотенцами, то оно одно на всех, то вообще приходишь а полотенец нет! На пляж аналогично, постоянно не хватает полотенец, пришлось купить , в автобус на пляж все не входят, приходится брать такси постоянно, давка в автобус страшная. Завтраки скудные, вареные яйца и самый дешевый кофе из пакетиков. У бассейна тоже постоянно нет полотенец.

This is my 3rd time staying in this Hotel here in Sharjah coming from Chicago. If you are visiting Sharjah from any country and even from one of the Emirati States this is a must stay, Clean Rooms, Location, Wi-Fi , Breakfast and Staff. Will Not Be Disappointed. I’ve stayed during the month of June from 10 to the 17 and from June 17th to the 19th and now from July 7th to the 11th.

I rarely write to tell someone about my appreciation but an exception is made here due to impressively professional and pleasant service from Mr Basit People like Basit have truly made my flight a more than wonderful experience and my sincere thanks are more than words can describe.

Chambre d Hôtel drap taché a l arrivé pas changé pendant 5 jour juste lit fait salle de bain pleine de moisissure eaux qui coule de la parois de douche dans toute la salles de bain, fenêtre qui ne se fermée pas donc bruit toute la nuit du passage dans l avenue et tres loin de dubaï centre environ 45min voir 1h15 le soir avec les bouchons personnels pas du tout aimable, sauna et hammam fermé déconseille fortement

We could not believe the price quoted, it sounded too good to be true. When we arrived, the amazing manager upgraded us to a room with marvelous view and breakfast was included. The room was super spacious and clean, and breakfast was excellent. The staff tries its best to assist you in anything. We shall be back in less than 2 weeks. Highly recommended.

They only give you one card for the room, but when you click “do not disturb” on the panel, once I take my card out to leave, the power disconnects and the do not disturb notice doesn’t display. So my room kept being made up when I didn’t want it to

Every thing was perfect the staff were friendly and the breakfast was delicious I will come back to this hotel again soon thank you for all the staff for the great job
