Mallards View is located in Shanklin Old Village. It is a beautiful two storey holiday home opposite a beautiful park with a quaint duck pond.
Mallards View has a cosy, open plan living area. The room is inviting with French doors opening to a small decking area for those summer mornings or evening drinks. The kitchen area is equipped with an array of cooking utensils and appliances for all your cooking needs. There is a washing machine to clean your clothes after your muddy walk or your trip to the beach. It has a smart TV and comfortable sofas.
Mallards View sleeps four across two rooms. On the first floor there are two double aspect bedrooms giving them a lovely light and airy feel. One is a double and the other is a twin. The bathroom is also situated on this level. It is spacious and has an electric shower cubicle. Bedding and towels are provided

Private hot tub is available for all bookings from November 2021. Gas central heated apartment with private entrance, free parking with access to electric car charging point; 18p/kWh.
Great pubs and restaurants in the Old Village, under 5 mins walk through Tower Cottage Gardens to Shanklin Beach and 1 min to Shanklin Chine. Minutes from main line train station and main bus routes 2, 3, Bay and Island Breezer (seasonal).
Little Gem overlooks a tropical garden, Shanklin Chine & Rhylstone Gardens and consists of a spacious bedroom with a super king size bed (or twins if preferred), a leather sofa, dining area, UHD Smart TV with Free Sat and internet access to Netflix and Prime etc. Wi-Fi/Internet. There is a separate fully equipped kitchen with electric oven & induction hob, washing machine & dishwasher, fridge/freezer & microwave.
Little Gem has a large bathroom, comprising of bath with shower over, WHB & WC. A welcome pack of food provisions for your first breakfast (bread, eggs, butter, cereal, jams, milk, tea, mineral water, fresh fruit and fresh coffee) and a bottle of wine is provided. What makes this property special and stand out from the rest due to it's location as it sits centre of the cliff top where guest have access to sit in the garden or Tea House or by the decking surrounded by panoramic sea view as and use of the Bar facilities including ordering foods from breakfast to meals. Beach and the town, Old Village, the train station and shops, all are walking distance.
All the bedrooms including living room and the kitchen (except for the small bedroom) have amazing sea view.
All beds and furniture are brand new with guest's comfort in mind and internal decoration is light and modern. The apartment is very large and spacious and has a small privet garden to the apartment where you can have BBQ on a sunny day.
This apartment is new to the market, it's opened for bookings to guest as of April 2019 which is why we have not had any reviews yet.
