If you are fortunate enough to be able to stay at Westbury Lodge, do so! Rosemary and David know how to run a lodge. They are friendly and knowledgeable about all aspects of Isle of Wight. Our room was comfortable, clean and well maintained. Breakfast was great, which included a hot, prepared on site, selection. Well situated, this location offers ease of public transportation and walking to shore or town. Thank you for making our pre cruise experience on Isle of Wight memorable. You are definitely a hidden gem.

An absolutely perfect stay at Westbury Lodge this weekend - we had the whole place booked out for 14 friends to celebrate my 40th and Rosemary and David could not have done more to make us feel welcome. The location is perfect, just a 5 minute walk to the beach lift meant we had a dip in the sea before going out for the day around the island. Brilliant local pubs are a ten minute walk. All the rooms are great sizes, immaculately clean with comfy beds all round. The attention to detail was over and above what we expected. Breakfast was a particular highlight, with so much choice for a large mixed group. We will definitely be back!

We stayed for an out of season weekend to see family on the island. The room was spotless, warm and comfortable. Had all the facilities you would expect. Breakfast a particular highlight, so much choice and super tasty. The owners arranged our ferry crossing for us and saved a fortune on the crossing. Thank you so much

My grandmother resided at Westbury Lodge when it was a residential home over 25 years ago, so my sister & I decided to stay here for our mini break to the Island. It bought back some lovely memories for us and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The owners, David and Rosemary are lovely and welcoming and go out of their way to make you feel at home. There is a great menu for breakfast, which was always piping hot and cooked well. We had a twin bedroom, which was lovely and spacious, with everything you could want for your stay. Stay here and you won't be disappointed; we will definitely return.

Had amazing 4 days with Rosemary and David, amazing hosts and David’s breakfast was fantastic, the room was excellent with a welcoming bottle of wine and extras, everything first class and will return without a doubt! Made to feel very welcomed, nothing is too much trouble.

Rosemary helped to organise a surprise for my wife and throughout our stay, our hosts couldn't have been more helpful. No review is complete without mentioning David's large breakfast - fresh local produce and sets you up nicely for the day.
