粉紅海灘賓館

It's truly difficult, no..... It's absolutely impossible to find and write ANYTHING average or poor about this guesthouse. From the booking process, arrival and meeting everyone it's just a wonderful experience. The location is perfect. Right on the beach with plenty of parking. As a disabled driver, parking availability is hugely important. Every thing has been thought of by Helen & Dave... I mean EVERYTHING! Sadly we should have booked for a week but after 4 days our trip was terminated. As Arnie says " I'll be back" (in an Austrian accent)

My wife and I live on the island but decided to have a 4 night break in Shanklin. Helen & Dave (the owners) & Richard were welcoming, friendly, helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The facilities , cleanliness and service could not be better with a delicious , satisfying breakfast served on the terrace overlooking the seafront. It is ideally situated on the esplanade with restaurants & bus stop close by. We cannot wait to return, thanking you, David & Margaret.

I’ll be honest it was July 2021 that we visited, but we Had such a good time we have not stopped thinking about it! We visited on our honeymoon, promised the owls but forgot in our love struck stupor. Dave and Helen and our main man Bertie made us feel so welcome. The view is perfect, the patio so cosy and the breakfast delicious. Thank you so much, we still reminisce about our stay all the time! Could not get closer to the beach, long live Bertie, long live palm trees and god bless Shanklin. Also, please go to the sea food place at the bottom of the chine, it’s insane!

It's difficult to find the words to explain how fantastic this guesthouse is and what fabulous hosts Helen and Dave are, without repeating everything that's already been said. We have honestly never stayed anywhere where we received such an enthusiastic, genuine welcome nor such genuine care and attention to detail throughout our stay. Literally nothing is too much trouble for Helen and Dave whilst you are under their roof. The breakfast is just the best with everything you could possibly want. Our room was well equipped, very clean and comfortable with a fantastic sea view. Thank you both so much, we can't wait to return to the Isle of Wight and wouldn't now want to stay anywhere else. Excellent location right on the seafront. Weather was not brilliant and we could the spectacular waves crashing in up the beach. David and Richard were both extremely helpful, friendly and made you feel welcome. If you have breakfast it will last you well into the afternoon and although the bar wasnt open David was very helpful in supplying a few bottles of wine. This is not a 5Star hotel but would certainly go back as the rooms were comfortable (we had a great sea view) and had everything you need. Our personal rating is 4.5 is a lovely place to stay and use as a base. Thanks David, Richard and Helen.

We have just returned home after 4 nights in Pink Beach’s one bedroom apartment. Just perfect, spacious, clean, comfortable, lovely sea views from the bedroom and living room and convenient parking available right outside which Helen helped us sort out. The location is great, right on the sea front but only a few minutes walk from the old village which was accessible through the Chine (if you pay once the ticket is valid for a week), via a short, steepish, walkway or a lift from the sea front. We are already planning a return visit!
