哈羅小屋飯店

The hotel is clean and ideally located with a lovely sea view. Parking is a bonus - would be improved with at least one disabled parking bay. The hotel itself is tired and in need of updating. Breakfast was ok - nothing special. The bed was uncomfortable and the bathroom was small and needed a refit. Unfortunately the pressure on the shower was very poor. The staff were generally pleasant and polite (especially the cleaner who was always smiling and helpful). It seems the hotel is run entirely by staff who I feel need to be more customer focused. All in all a pleasant enough stay as a last minute arrangement but wouldn’t return.

Spent a couple of nights at this lovely hotel with my family. Rooms were small but were clean and had everything we needed, and you can't expect the Ritz for such reasonable prices! Breakfasts were fresh and plentiful. Staff friendly. Definitely recommended as somewhere pleasant, conveniently located and good value to stay in Shanklin.
