在前台辦理入住時,我看到桌上擺放着“錦江薈”的標牌,恰如其分地映襯出員工們認真敬業的專業氣質。最令我開心的是,前台工作人員用一口親切的家鄉話親切友好地與我“砍珊瑚”。當我坐在大堂,一邊喝着冰鎮的“陳皮桔梨茶”,一邊欣賞那台可可愛愛的白色機器人時,不禁驚喜地發現,虹橋賓館在人工智能時代也緊跟步伐。我看到了 “上海具身智能產業”時提到的代表成果之一:“擎朗機器人”。據説它可以完成配餐、收餐、行李配送、客房清潔等多項任務。我幾次在電梯裏與“擎朗機器人”不期而遇,不禁好奇它是如何為客人提供悉心服務的?那就等我下次再次入住虹橋賓館時再慢慢體驗吧!此次入住恰逢味翠餐廳上新“見你一面”的麪點套餐。不愧是行政總廚親理,口口都是星級品質。
最後,必須大聲點贊房務部總監Billy Xu——空軍出身,一米八八的高個子,站在大堂裏,簡直就是虹橋賓館的門面擔當。不僅有着獨特的形象氣質,他還極具語言天賦,英語、日語都不在話下,對待小朋友更是親切友好。老酒店人Billy哥把“最佳實踐”的理念落實到工作的每一個細節中,讓高滿意度的服務無處不在,也讓這家老牌酒店閃耀着新時代榜樣的光芒。😆
