Perfect hotel it is really nice

Nous avons fait un séjour de trois jours dans l’établissement. Nous avons été très bien accueilli. Le chambres sont très spacieuses et très confortables et la literie est bonne. Par contre les installations notamment sanitaires commencent à vieillir dangereusement et méritent de sérieuses rénovations. Le balcon est magnifique et offre une vue superbe sur le village de Kish. L’hôtel dispose d’un nombre importants d’équipements. Le spa et sa piscine sont splendides mais là encore de très lourdes rénovations sont à entreprendre il y a de nombreuses sources d’infiltrations. Il y a un bowling, une salle de billard, de jeux, de cinéma et j’en passe. Tout est là pour passer un superbe séjour. L’établissement étant très grand un service de navette (et voiturier hors saison est prévu) ! Concernant la nourriture le buffet est décevant. Il n’est pas normal dans un 5 étoiles de ne pas avoir un vrai café et non servi à table. Il n’est pas non plus acceptable de ne pas avoir de vrais jus de fruits mais un semblant de jus chimiques. Le restaurant local est très bon. Les différents salons sont très agréables et le service est vraiment correct tant sur le service, le spa que sur le nettoyage des chambres. Grosse vigilance sur l’état de l’hôtel qui mérite une franche restauration s’il veut conserver sa cinquième étoile et sur le petit déjeuner qui n’est également pas digne de l’établissement et de son standing.

That was amazing experience. We have stayed in Deluxe Balcony room during Nowruz holidays. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable, with nice view on Kish Village. We had a kid with us. His bed was placed behind the partition, which was very convenient. Due to the holidays, the hotel had a varied entertainment program every day, like a samovar party, egg coloring and campfire entertainment. And in the evenings in restaurants we enjoyed delicious national food and good music. Honestly, there were many guests for the holidays, but this did not affect the service of the hotel at all. Helpful staff always assisted us in all matters. We will definitely come back to Marxal again. Thank you!

Ho soggiornato solo una notte in questo bel hotel e mi dispiace. Camera molto bella, pulita , grande con bella vista sulle montagne immerso nella natura . L'hotel ha dei bei negozi ma purtroppo aprono solo alle ore 10 e noi partivamo. La colazione ottima con una vasta scelta soprattutto di pane.

This was an amazing resort ! Great service, wonderful restaurants and shops. The sauna, spa and pool alone were worth the high rating ! They had so many activities available and tours. A bonus was a doctor on site 24/7 for travel emergencies. Would highly recommend.

I am writing to express my gratitude for the outstanding service I have received in your hotel. From the moment I arrived, your staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. I’ve been to hundreds of hotels around the world, and I can say that Marxal hotel has exceeded my expectations. You all went out of your way to ensure that my stay with my family is as comfortable and memorable as possible. Apart from the outstanding service, the room was impeccable, and the amenities were top-notch. I would like to give a special mention to Narmin the Guest Relations Manager who has been very patient and had arranged everything to make my stay exemplary. Her attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond was truly remarkable. She has done a tremendous and recognizable work in leveraging the level of hospitality into a 7-star service. Let’s not forget your Front Office staff who are indeed the reflection of your hotel, and they have represented your hotel diligently. The level of service we received from all of them was outstanding. From the beautifully appointed rooms to the delicious food at Martini club , every aspect of our stay is truly marvellous. And without a doubt, a highly worthy of praise are the team behind The only disappointing part is the breakfast team they are not helpful at all and when we asked to see the manager they ignore us (where actually this the important part of your stay ) even we asked for the coffee they said it's extra charged we were shocked however we agreed to this and we never got the coffee so I pick the filter one from the buffet 😢 Last but not least, Mr. Moris Karimov, I believe that you consider this hotel your second home. And you have done a very great job in maintaining this place to its peak standard. I know that you wish nothing but the best for Marxal and your staff and I wish the same. Saying that you’ve done an amazing job is an understatement. You’ve created a great environment to work with. And I applaud you for doing so. I will surely recommend this hotel to my friends and relatives because as cliché as it may sound, this hotel is commendable and desirable as is. The best resort available in Sheki - Azerbaijan with a stunning view of the lush green mountains from almost all rooms. The amenities and services provided are a real stand-out. The property is halal friendly with dedicated prayer hall, qiblah marked in all rooms and halal meat marked and labelled in their Buffet Breakfast Menu. The property has several on-site activities like, but not limited to heated pool, sauna, massage and kids park. We visited the site in summer and could experience the greenery, winter is another scene all together with snow and ice all over. Highly recommended for your stay in Sheki.

Красивая территория, достаточно большая, есть озеро, где можно покататься на катамаране, бассейны крытый и открытые. Приветливый персонал. Вкусные завтраки. Понравилось абсолютно все.С удовольствием поедем еще раз

Very nice hotel, a bit old however all the amenities for 1-2 nights stay in Sheki. Hotel was recommended by a friend and didn't disappoint as view/topography etc was amazing. Would have liked some activities at the hotel - wine tasting etc to make it a bit more unique and fun. Breakfast was phenomenal with great selection
