The owner (I assume) was texting me about the property for check in. First I thought this was great and thought it was an automated system but they kept texting. Second, we only stayed one night of our two nights booked and paid for, we left early because there was black mold on both sides of the wall where the AC is and weather was getting bad (snow). The owner also text me trying to say I stole a pillow and that is insulting. It smelled. It was very loud, neighboring room was fighting all night. Beds are so squishy that me and my husband rolled to the middle with each other, we couldn’t sleep. Smelled like cigarette smoke. Never once saw any staff in person or face to face. Very weird for hotels to be texting my phone. I hope they can make improvements. We were in town for a wedding.
