I didn't receive any response. At the reception, you can only call the tenth time. They refuse to contact me with the hotel manager. In addition, I did not understand why parking for hotel guests is paid. 18 euro per day. I have never seen this anywhere in Europe. By the way, you also need to pay 1 euro for a closet for things in the pool, but I don’t take money with me, especially coins for the pool. So I had to stay without a closet. The room shower gel jar was empty. I doubt this hotel deserves its 5 stars. I request the hotel management to contact me and return my things to me.
