服務好，位置好，公共區域好 我一定會再回來 我會想念她的

Una Estafa, se me prometió una habitación y en ningún momento se me dio esa habitación, ponia que baño privado y se me hospedo en una habitación con baño compartido, bichos dentro de las habitaciones y manchas sospechosas en las sábanas. Intente hablar con los dueños o con alguien que me pudiese ayudar y cero respuesta del personal. En conclusión una ruina de sitio

El sitio mola mucho y por el precio que cuesta, merece la pena bastante! Lo mejor de todo, el recepcionista, una maravilla!!! Sin él, la estancia no habría sido lo mismo. dispuesto a ayudar, es servicial x3!!!

Their "virtual check in" failed to give us the combination to get our key for our first night in Seville and we ended up having to spend a ton of money on a hotel for the night and they weren't willing to refund me the money for the missed night. I sent them all of the info they requested prior to arriving during their posted reception hours and they were super rude later on. Also the bathroom stank when we arrived and the floor had a big puddle in it, the door wasn't very secure and the ceiling over the bathtub was awkwardly low and sloped so I basically had to squat while taking a shower.

The city of Seville is not small, but small once you get to know everything is located in the center around the river. The Arc House is a GREAT location. Keep in mind everything is 20 minutes away, average 6 miles a day just walking the city. Antoine welcomed me at 20.30 as I hoped from the train station into a taxi to get there as quickly as I could. The airport is about 30 minutes away so I ubered when I left and all went smoothly. Juan the maintenance person was very helpful and friendly and Juan who was on weekend duty was a charm to help me with documents needed for travel. If you need a PCR test on Sundays go to Hospital Sagrado Corazon. You need to go on line for an appt. No. 3 bus takes you there!! Lovely small terrace but nice to sit and have breakfast or lunch

A los pocos días de realizar mi reserva a través de HostelWorld me solicitaron facilitar otra tarjeta de crédito ya que no la podían autorizar y en el caso de no hacerlo me cancelarían la reserva en 24h. Tras enviar la información de otra tarjeta con la que hicimos otra reserva el mismo día, finalmente admitieron por teléfono que hubo un error y que la habitación no estaba disponible y que por un error de HostelWorld se mostraba como disponible cuando realmente no lo estaba, solicitándome que cancelara la reserva sin ofrecerme ningún tipo de solución o ayuda. A los días y sin haber contactado de nuevo conmigo, recibí un correo de cancelación por parte del hotel mientras en HostelWorld seguía mi reserva activa. La atención al cliente de este hotel me parece pésima ya que sólo se limitaron a pedirme que cancelara mi reserva y tener que buscar otro alojamiento sin más. Al ser un problema de reserva de este alojamiento deberían haber buscado una solución y no simplemente pedirme que cancelara y me buscara la vida, además de esto no han vuelto a contestar a ningún correo y he tenido que gestionarlo todo a través de HostelWorld los cuales tampoco ofrecieron soluciones. Seguro que no volveré a hacer reservas en ningún alojamiento de ARC y desde luego tampoco reservaré a través de HostelWorld, ha sido una experiencia pésima y tendré que buscar un nuevo alojamiento.

Mala relación calidad precio, no hay recepción, no se nos comunicó que por la noche el ascensor deja de funcionar durante X horas y hay que utilizar la escalera
