鴿子谷萬怡飯店(Courtyard Pigeon Forge)

Our family trip did not disappoint the o Lu negative thing I could say is one of the elevators did not work all weekend. Location is great, just a short 10 min walk along the river to the Island. Large fireplaces inside and out. Fantastic stay!

We could not use the room dirty carpet dirty bathroom bad smell in the room dirty beds, we returned to the front desk and informed the person in charge she told us to call ********** and they would give us a refund, we had to leave and look for another hotel in another city, today I called hotels.con and the hotel says to use the room, that is a lie, I had to use another hotel, bad service and deceit from the hotel

Muy limpio todo y organizado. La entrada del lobby con un olor muy bueno a limpieza. Un señor tocando el sazofon en la noche en el lobby super nices. Me gusto muchisimo

This was our second time at Courtyard by Marriott n Pigeon Forge during Christmas. The staff is very helpful and this location looks so festive. It is our favorite!

Party at hotel for employee for Christmas.restaurant and bar not open told we get a discount then said no since Booked on *******

The only downside was how I wasn’t getting warm water. Other than that, the room was super cozy, comforting, and spacious. The view was great & the staff was super polite.

Exceptional cleanliness, hospitality from ALL the staff, and 24 hour help. Would absolutely stay here again.

Staff very accommodating. Upgraded us free of charge. Very clean and comfortable place.

Was very disappointing that we paid for Mountain View’s for our anniversary trip and got the front awning. I waited quite a bit at the front to check in and the man seemed like I was bothering him. We were going to say something about the view, but after dealing with him didn’t feel comfortable asking. I love the Marriott family, but was a little disappointed. I am including the pictures from the balcony. The room was also right next to the ice machine and was very noisy all night.
