The property is beautiful, the Chris**as decorations and whole vibe are great. The indoor pool was very cold which was extremely disappointing when that’s one of the main reasons we chose to bring our kids to the resort. We planned on getting pizza from the cafe and we were informed you were out of large pizzas, so we decided to go down and eat in the bar area. As soon as we sat down to order drinks we were informed you were out of Sprite and Coke. I just can’t understand this being one of your busiest times of the year why you’re not fully stocked on these items and your pool is not at the very least warmed to a comfortable temperature. It was not a great experience for what we payed for it. Had we not taken our children to Dollywood earlier in the day it would have been a complete bust for our kids. We should have driven back home to Knoxville and not stayed the night.

If your intentions are to go to Dollywood, stay here. You will not reqret it. The air conditioned shuttle to Dollywood is awesome! The resort is very clean and the staff is amazing. We plan on returning.

Was a very nice hotel. We were there during the downtime of Dollywood. So there was not very many people in the hotel. But all the staff was helpful and restaurant buffet was spectacular.

Dollywood DreamMore Resort was awesome! The staff are all so nice and the Resort was clean, rooms were in excellent condition. Got to see Aaron Tippin for one of their Winter Series Concerts. Just a great time and beautiful place.

Wonderful stay over the holidays. Many activities for children and super friendly staff. Had an amazing facial at the spa.

Dollywood more than lived up to our expectations for a romantic getaway. We love the Smokies and this gem captures the majesty of the mountains along with the comforts of home and a bunch of little Dolly touches that add to the experience. Quality across the board with engaging staff. 5 stars.

Our only complaint is that the bed was a bit too firm. The location and resort was wonderful. Staff was friendly and room was great with a Mountain View.

Great place to stay, with a very kind staff. The only minor negative is the lack of options of restaurants in the hotel.

This was our first stay here even though we visit the Pigeon Forge area each year. We went over Chris**as and the decorations were beautiful. The staff were so friendly and greeted us each time we saw them. The DM Pantry was amazing for food and drinks. We went for coffee often! My husband, who usually complains about hotel beds, loved the bed and slept great! The family suite was great and gave us plenty of space for the 4 of us. We did leave an item in the room, hoping to hear back from the hotel in regards to that. Overall, we will stay again fo sure!
