I recently had the pleasure of staying at the exquisite Grand Hotel Villa Balbi in Sestri Levante. It was an experience I will never forget. From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by the stunning location and unparalleled hospitality this luxurious hotel offered. The hotel is in a magnificent historical villa, surrounded by lush gardens and overlooking the spectacular Ligurian Sea. The breathtaking views of the sea and the picturesque town of Sestri Levante made my stay even more memorable. Upon arrival, I was greeted by friendly and professional staff, attentive to my every need throughout my stay. Check-in was smooth and efficient. My room was delightful, with a plush, comfortable bed and a spacious bathroom with a rain shower. The room was immaculately clean, and the housekeeping staff went above and beyond to ensure it remained so during my stay. Breakfast was a lavish spread of freshly baked pastries, local cheeses, and various fruits and cereals, providing the perfect start to my day. I took advantage of the hotel's beautiful outdoor pool area. The pool area featured comfortable loungers, allowing for relaxing and soaking up the Mediterranean sun. The true highlight of my stay, however, was the exceptional service provided by the Grand Hotel Villa Balbi staff. They were always friendly, courteous, and eager to assist, making me feel at home. Their professionalism and attention to detail were commendable and contributed significantly to my overall experience. My stay at the Grand Hotel Villa Balbi in Sestri Levante was an unforgettable experience that exceeded my expectations. The stunning location, luxurious accommodations, and exceptional service create a magical and memorable getaway. Mi piace sempre l’accoglienza del Villa Balbi, anche solo per il weekend cercano di accontentare tutte le esigenze a partire da Alessandro alla reception a cui non devi dire la camere che ti piace perché se la ricorda, come sa già l’ora a cui arriverai ma tutto lo staff è veramente disponibile. Così come lo sono al ristorante e al bar! La zona piscina sempre più curata ti fa passare un bel momento di relax. Contenta di iniziare il primo weekend estivo a Sestri Levante e nella location storica del Villa Balbi di cui non mi stanco mai dell’atmosfera elegante ma informale. Grazie a tutti!

Es ist ein wunderschönes Hotel, das Personal sehr freundlich,besonderes im Speisesaal Francesco. Wir waren 14 Tage dort, leider immer gekochten Schinken ,Salami und 2 Sorten Käse.Haben uns 3 Spiegeleier mal bestellt und auf der Entrechnung waren dann 30€ wir könnten es nicht fassen. Leider spricht an der Rezeption auch keiner Deutsch obwohl es in der Beschreibung steht.

En mai 2024 j'ai visite les Cinque Terre et Portofino. Un endroit merveilleux pour se loger est Sestri Levante, dans un cadre naturel exceptionnel, proche des deux, facile a voyager en train. J'ai choisi la Villa Balbi pour son air de vieux chateau et j'ai decouvert un endroit de reve: tres belle architecture, merveilleusement meuble, excelent melange entre l'ancien et le neuf, un vrai muse a l'interieur, un jardin tranquil au millieu de la vieille ville et, surtout, le personnel si gentil, si chaleureux. Une experience innoubliable.

Das Hotel hat eine tolle Lage mitten in der Stadt. Der Strand ist gegenüber, man muss nur die Straße überqueren. Das Haupthaus ist sowohl außen wie innen eine Augenweide! Man fühlt sich sofort eine andere Zeit versetzt, es wurde im 17. Jahrhundert errichtet. Eine tolle und stilvolle Atmosphäre! Die Mitarbeiter waren alle ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Mein Zimmer war im neuen Anbau. Es war groß, gepflegt und auch sehr gemütlich. Das WiFi funktionierte einwandfrei. Das Frühstücksbüfett war umfangreich und gut.

Un grand hotel dove si respira la storia di una città, di una famiglia i Balbi e di una villa. Camera spaziosa, in stile antico, bella e confortevole, bagno superaccessoriato. Il personale alla reception e in sala gentilissimo. La colazione internazionale di ottima qualità. Utile anche il parcheggio interno per lasciare l'automobile. Poi è in centro di Sestri. Sicuramente è bellissimo anche in estate, a Pasqua è stato stupendo.

Che dire… posto stupendo, pulito, organizzato. Piscina tranquilla e piacevole, stanze non grandissime , ma curate. Sicuramente da consigliare. Ci hanno permesso di usufruire della piscina anche il giorno della partenza, cosa non da poco.

Hotel in un palazzo storico, ottima accoglienza, personale gentile e disponibile, possibilità di parcheggio auto, da non sottovalutare. Camere accoglienti. Molto bello il buffet della colazione in giardino. Sicuramente tornerò anche se i prezzi sono importanti.
