我們住了7晚,8月6日至13日。酒店非常時尚,乾淨,和平。我們住在3樓的按摩浴缸房。海灘和陽台的景色非常棒,每天大約14個小時的陽光。如果您需要遮陽,有一個遙控遮陽篷。房間很寬敞,有一個巨大的浴室。空調很合理,我們一夜之間沒有感到過熱。牀很大,很舒服。客房服務是一個很高的標準。早餐和其他所有餐點的餐廳都很棒。食物/菜單的選擇範圍很廣,呈現精美,美味可口。晚間菜單並不貴。等候的工作人員是如此專業和有禮貌。很明顯,他們訓練的很好。我們還在碼頭的幾家餐館吃飯,他們都很棒。酒店提供的班車服務非常好,只是給司機留言,他兩分鐘就從碼頭接我們。然而,我們只知道在閱讀旅行顧問後才知道這一點,接待員沒有通知我們,我們不得不要求號碼。游泳池很完美,有很多太陽牀,所以沒有必要早起預訂。泳池酒吧被擊中而錯過。50%的時間那裏沒有人爲您服務。當你渴的時候相當煩人!讓我們的經歷有些失望的是維護我們房間的服務。進入房間五分鐘後,天花板開始澆水。維修隊花了20分鐘才到達,另外10分鐘才修好,所以推遲了我們的拆裝。當我們試圖使用陽台上的按摩浴缸時,它不會打開。另一個維修人員不得不打電話來修理。在7個晚上的兩個晚上,我們沒有自來水,所以我們無法洗澡或沖廁所。這需要將近一個小時才能修復。此外,在7個晚上,我們大約有10次停電。在某些情況下,這些停電時間長達20分鐘。我們的房間鑰匙需要重新設置。當我們去接待處給他們修好的時候,並沒有道歉的企圖。一天晚上,我們確實收到了一瓶葡萄酒送到房間,我們認爲這是爲了彌補所有的維修問題。總的來說,這是一個美麗的酒店,但是考慮到我們付出的價格,我們不應該遇到所有這些問題。

我和我的妻子剛剛從6天入住這家可愛的5星級酒店回來。一切都很完美,令人驚歎的房間,場地,游泳池,工作人員非常友好和專業。沒有什麼太麻煩,食物和自助早餐都很棒。警告的一句話。我們通過一個名爲Love Holidays的在線旅行社預訂了這家酒店,在預訂過程中,他們的機場接送ADD ON我們認爲應該是30分鐘的小巴車。結果是一個2個半小時的接送!由於巨大的公共巴士幾乎停在機場和施泰根伯格之間的每一個度假村。我們深夜到達酒店,感覺很受傷,但非常體貼,酒店安排了一些免費的茶點,知道發生了什麼。不用說,我們撕毀了退票券,選擇了一輛出租車,費用爲50歐元,花了30分鐘!這不是酒店的錯,因爲這些在線旅行社可以在沒有酒店協議的情況下免費出售他們的ADD ON'S。幫自己一個忙,或者在到達機場時跳上出租車,或者打電話給斯坦伯格,他們會很樂意爲你安排一個。還有一件事....Love Holidays賣給我們他們所謂的池邊房間,原來是4樓的房間,可能與池邊大樓的同一側,但由於一個路上無法進入的屋頂花園!雖然我相信酒店會做任何事情來容納我們在一個替代房間,但我們實際上並沒有費心問,因爲我們發現我們相當喜歡私人陽台的隱私。如果你想有一個實際上可以俯游泳池的房間,我建議直接打電話給施泰根伯格預訂。事後看來,我們希望我們在整個假期都直接預訂了。馬爾營地有一個可愛的海灘。

This is our fourth time at the tobago and i am very disappointed this year still have lovely staff always helpful room nice and clean but for me thats the positives over pool has limited hours rooftop bar also limited hours previously you could spend a evening on the rooftop bar looking over the bay everything seems more about getting money for everything when you book a hotel you dont expect to have to pay to use sun beds the price ranges from 40 euros a day upto 150 euros a day their is free sunbeds but mostly in the shade breakfast and dinner cold plates the food is not hot to start with then onto a cold plate food would be excellent if hot also have taken cava away at breakfast even three and four star hotels this is available i did get a nice bottle of cava and a platter of fruit on arrival which was really nice but for me tobago has lost its sparkle

Lovely hotel...although we arrived in a wind storm and the noise in the hotel corridors was loud and rather spooky! Everything calmed down the next day and we enjoyed all the pools, cocktails and spa facilities. Breakfasts and dinners both excellent, car hire really easy (although we asked for the car to be changed as the air conditioning had broken) and there was no sat nav, so it was back to good old map reading! Rooms comfortable and slightly snug. The only downside was our welcome - or lack of it - from a stout, middle aged lady dressed in black, who was miserable, unhelpful and did not create the great first impressions we all hope for when we arrive at a hotel. 10 out of 10 to Monica who helped us with our taxi back to the airport and also the front of house porter who was lovely and picked us up in the free shuttle bus to Paguera. Would we go back? Yes we would

Our selection was influenced by taking a subjective look at online customer reviews in parallel with the hotels own self marketing. We assumed from our research that a 5 star vacation would be presented, being that's what we paid a premium for, however unfortunately the Hotel failed to deliver the 5 star standards they marketed on this occasion. The hotel is situated within a quaint residential area located on the hillside presenting a 5 minute downhill walk to local bars and restaurants, albeit a further 15 minute downhill walk will take you to the popular marina area. The Hotel overall is well presented, relatively modern and clean. The foh, house keeping and waiting staff are attentive and friendly. There is a modern restaurant with stunning sea views that hosts a decent breakfast every morning, albeit its not open most nights and so expectations of embracing 5 star cuisine at this venue needs re-evaluated as you can eat better and for less elsewhere which isn't what we expected/wanted! The pool and lounge area is an adequate size for a boutique hotel, albeit the layout and attempted vibe might not meet the overall client/family balance you'd want but that's subjective of course. Whilst the hotel offers a varied range of suites and rooms, I can only comment on our own individual room experience - this was a deluxe suite. In simple summary, the room was well equipped, bright and spacious however the furniture and seating was tired/damaged and our bathroom had a significant damp issue which resulted in daily deep cleans and paint overs - the fragrant smell of sun lotion was surpassed with bleach and paint daily, but we got to know the maintenance man. Incidentally, an alternative room was offered on the 6th day of a 7 day vacation which was not acceptable, and latterly followed by a deferred 1 night free stay being offered as compensation, albeit we'd have to pay a premium to fly back and stay longer - Go figure! Whilst we where disappointed, we still embraced our holiday and so without contradiction - this is a lovely Hotel. Whilst on this occasion unfortunately the experience did not deliver on what was marketed and sold as 5 star, maybe we where the exception to the rule. That being said and as much as we where accommodating and understanding with the hotels circumstances, we should not have had to invest so highly when the hotel acknowledged their failures and misgivings. A failure to simply deliver expectations is primary, or make good, especially when its acknowledged you've not met the standards you market at 5 stars. Unfortunately in-action didn't match the ambition and so hopefully there are no more exceptions to the standards you claim.
