一般般了！！！

Ternyata hotel tempat mesum, sebaiknya dihindari

saya engga tau yg ngasih bintang satu ada masalah apa, tapi hotelnya cukup sekalii untuk keluarga:)) untuk room memang kecil, tapi cukup kok:)) buat ibadah juga masih bisaa:)) tempatnya di tengah kota, jadi mau kemana mana deket:)) mau gofood juga deket:)) semua pegawainya ramah ramah:)) pemandangannya juga oke kok:))

the location is premium, in front of Singosaren Plaza. booked 1 night deluxe room and it was quite comfy but for the cleanliness of bed sheet and pilow cover was bad (im so sorry) their staff are very helpfull. thanks Super8

Suka bgt nginep di hotel ini. Kamarnya bersih, rapi, dan deket dgn berbagai lokasi strategis. Sudah 2 kali nginep disiniii Minusnya disini cuma tvnya belum android hehehe

Karena di lantai 1 tidak ada jendela udaranya agak pengap.

The hotel was in a good location and the staff were friendly and polite, but unfortunately the room(s) which were shown were not great. The layout of the rooms was fairly standard with semicomfy beds and a nice bathroom, even if a little dated. However the first room we saw had stains on the bedsheets and was full of dust, then we moved to another room which had nicer (not stained) bedsheets but the pillowcases were yellow and smelled a little funny. The hotel also had a bug problem with ants in the bedroom and a huge amount of mosquitos which congregated around the water dispensers in the corridors and snuck into the room when you opened the door. We also had a gecko one night in the bathroom and saw a mouse on the third floor. The floor was also seemingly uncleaned and there was a lot of dirt/dust, cobwebs in the bathroom, and general dirt around the corners of the room. Also there was centrally controlled music in the corridor which started at 6am and the doors made a non-stop beeping sound when left open which was seemingly often as we heard it a lot, meaning that we woke up early. The stay was passable at the hotel and the price was good but unfortunately we were never comfy in the room given that it could have used a thorough clean.

Sungguh baik pelayanannya, walau air hangat agak kurang, tapi cukup

Pesen kamar deluxe dikasih kamar yg sangat kecil dan sempit, balkon tidak ada kursi buat santai, pintu kamar susah dibuka dan ditutup, sangat berisik sekali.
