This place has a new name and new owners, first time I stayed since it changed. Overall I would say it was tidier than before and the little interaction I had with the staff was fine, they were pleasant and helpful. The continental breakfast was basic but it was good. It would be nice if it were just a half hour longer though. There appeared to be coffee in the lobby and some cookies and the usual vending machines. It has guest laundry, which is nice. Everything was clean and it worked and it was nice to have the option to watch Hulu and other channels beyond the regular. My only complaints were how the place was redone. The simulated hardwood flooring was nice and looked durable but it wasn't sticking down very well in my room. There was a spot near the bed where my shoe caught but it didn't break. There were a few finish issues like trim that wasn't installed right so there were gaps and the tub had a chunk taken out of the finish. It doesn't hurt the function but it looks tacky and over time it might get some rust. This is a problem in may places, the toilet seats are exactly the same size as the top of the bowl. To lift the seat, you have to touch the bowl or if you are sitting on it, you are too. It's an annoying detail. And the toilet paper holder is so far back you have to reach behind you on the side to get it. Even left handers would have a problem and it is on the left in that room but too far back in the wall. I'll probably stay there again. Good overall.
