環境：很乾凈！ 超nice！一下車就幫忙拿行李，前台小哥哥小姐姐們都態度超好全程面帶微笑； 我們是為了大早上趕去佩妮達島的船特地選了這家，沒想到意外還不錯，離港口也很近

I picked this Hotel as a quick stop over on the way to Gili T. I wish I'd spent more time here! This is a beautiful hotel that is set just at the edge of the ocean. When we arrived the staff were super welcoming and check in was swift. We had an upstairs room which was enormous and had a palatial bathroom with outdoor shower. This resort is a short taxi ride into town but we didn't bother as it was absolutely amazing just staying by the ocean. The bar had excellent 'Happy Hour' from 16:00 til 19:00 so it was easy to relax by the pool and watch the sunset before eating at the hotel restaurant. The food and service were excellent. Our room was serviced twice a day with a turn down each evening which was most welcome. The staff helped us book a half day trip to see some waterfalls and temples which was great fun and value. They also arranged our boat transfer to Gili T at the end of our stay. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Food was superb. Service given was beyond expectation. Villa really offers excellent privacy. However the pool needs better maintenance. Able to request vehicle and it was delivered within 30 mins.

Beautiful and well maintained resort with very friendly and professional staff. Quiet, private and secluded; perfect for couples. Restaurant was excellent, and special mention to Sekar, who was fabulous.

I have stayed a few days in a few of the places in lombok as well as Senggigi. Look no further, just boook this place. It's the best choice! Services was too notched. Some other resorts or villas that's we've stayed around the area was not as good as Jeeva santai even though some priced higher than Jeeva. Breakfast was superb. Although it's ala carte, u can keep refill till you're full enough. Try their fried rice! Room was spacious and love their roomy bathroom! Will definitely come back again!

Our stay at Jeeva Santai was terrific, from friendly and helpful staffs, great room and amenities that even exceeded the photos on the internet, good food. Totally should be considered as one of your option for a place to stay at Senggigi, esp. If you're looking for someplace cozy, intinate and intimate and laid back.

Nous avons passé un formidable séjour à l’hôtel Jeeve Santai villas. Tout était parfait, Des chambres bien décorées, avec une belle piscine privative, Un personnel souriant, très sympathique, toujours prêt à vous rendre service. Le petit déjeuner est tout simplement magnifique, une vue à couper le souffle où vous portez toute votre attention à chercher les tortues qui sortent la tête de l’eau. Un choix tres varié pour la carte du restaurant et des cocktails, avec des plats très bien préparés, seul bémol (si tant est que ca en soit un..) en tant que Français, une carte des vins trop courte. Le plus grand regret était de quitter ce petit coin de paradis. Je n’espère qu’une seule chose c’est revenir dès que possible. Bravo encore à toute l’équipe, ne changez pas vous êtes formidables.

Very beautiful, relaxing and private place. Beautiful nature around and the room we stayed in (due) was spacious and very clean, exactly what we wanted for this holiday. We love the private pool and outdoor bath and shower too. Hotel staffs are very friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable, we really had a great time there. We wanted to stay around quieter area so senggigi was perfect for us. Quiet enough but still many restaurants and beaches around. Definitely recommend for someone who will go to Lombok.

Jeeva Santai villas have beautifully appointed rooms with a super king bed, 2 shower areas, a private pool, comfortable lounge areas inside and out and a lovely garden environment with a pool. Unfortunately some things were broken in the room. Both rain showers, overhead showers didn’t work. There is almost nowhere to hang a towel in the room, just a bamboo ladder outside. Also no reading lights for the bed. A real downside is there is no beach in front of the villas. You have to walk along a beach walll to reach the beach and there are no hotel services on the beach. No drinks, no food, no beach lounges. The highlights of our visit were the beautiful, friendly staff including the chefs. Pak Muzammmil and Pak Asian also waiters Mr J Habib , Mr Ran, Nona Sekar and Nona Liana. The above people made every visit to the restaurant welcoming, with warm excellent service. Nothing was too much to ask. The chefs prepared a special dish of black rice pudding especially for us! Lastly but a huge asset to this hotel is Ari the operations manager. When our flight to Lombok from Labuan Bajo was cancelled I spoke to Ari on the phone. He reassured me that our room would be kept and our airport transfer would be at the airport for our arrival. We also met Ari at the hotel where he checked on our well being. Later I asked Ari where I could buy genuine Lombok ikat sarongs. He and Nyonya Niah at reception gave me 2 shops to try in Mataram and nearby. I was delighted to find beautiful sarongs worn by the locals. Ari has beautiful English, and made us feel safe and supported when we had a car accident. He is an intelligent and interesting man. He shared some interesting insights into Sasak and the Balinese long term residents history. Nyonya Niah at reception was helpful in providing information about the outside laundry service, where to buy a sarong, organising staff to fix any problems in our room promptly and had a welcoming smile and greeting whenever we saw her. Expérience exceptionnelle. Hôtel intimiste, très joliment décoré. Villas très confortables. Jolie piscine qui donne sur la mer. Le personnel est aux petits soins, le restaurant est d'excellente qualité. Je recommande vivement cet endroit.

Wir waren im Mai 2024 für (leider nur) 4 Nächte im Jeeva Santai. Wir wurden am Hafen Bangsal von einem über das Hotel gebuchten Fahrer abgeholt. Im Hotel wurden wir freundlich empfangen und mit einem Begrüßungs-Drink aufs Zimmer überrascht. Hotel/Zimmer Wir hatten das Zimmer Jambu mit direktem Blick auf das Meer und dem Pool. Das Zimmer war für uns der absolute Hammer - groß, sauber und schön eingerichtet. Das Housekeeping war super, wie auch das restliche Personal. Jeden Abend wurde, während wir beim Abendessen waren, das Moskitonetz über unser Bett geöffnet - Kleinigkeiten, die uns immer sehr gefreut haben und das Hotel ausergewöhnlich machen. Auch der Pool mit Blick auf das Meer war super und es gab ausreichend Liegen. Personal Was absolut herausragend war, war das gesamte Personal! Wirklich ausnahmslos alle waren außergewöhlich freundlich, sehr zuvorkommend und super aufmerksam. Beim Frühstück wurden unsere Tagespläne erfragt, Tipps für Ausflüge weitergegeben und am nächsten Morgen wieder interessiert darauf angesprochen. Besonderer Dank geht an Sekar, Liana, Habib und Ran. Ihr habt unseren Besuch perfekt gemacht. Restaurant/Frühstück Das Essen und die Location direkt am Meer ist ein Traum. Das Frühstück konnte jeden Morgen von der Karte ausgewählt werden und wurde frisch zubereitet. Der Cappuccino und die frischen Säfte waren toll. Wir haben zweimal im Hotel zu Abend gegessen - Das Essen war sensationell! Preislich zwar im Verhältnis teuerer, aber Preis-Leistung hat für uns dabei gestimmt. Einen Abend gab es Live Musik von einer lokalen Band - es war toll! Lage Das Hotel ist ruhig gelegen und etwas außerhalb, was uns gut gefallen hat. Es sind kleinere Warungs in unmittelbarer Nähe und in ca. 15 Minuten ist das Coco Beach Restaurant (Empfehlung) fußläufig erreichbar. Generell ist ein Roller von Vorteil, wenn man etwas sehen möchte. Wir haben über das Hotel problemlos einen Roller gemietet und die Insel erkundet. Vielen Dank für diesen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt. Uns fiel der Abschied vom Hotel und dem Personal sehr schwer. Jeeva Santai was a wonderful place to celebrate my birthday with a large group of friends. The villas were clean and spacious, and the sunset views of Mount Agung from the pool and dining area were stunning. The staff are also very friendly, accomodating and helpful - right across the reception team, to the cleaners and the all day dining staff. Little birthday surprises from the team made my day and looking forward to coming back to Jeeva Santai again!

Beautiful peacefull resort. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Bed and pillows very comfy. The room well equipped with whats needed and clean. Shower was nice. Enjoyed our stay. Love to return. Enjoyed the food, it was delicious and the cocktails were refreshing after a day out to sit by the sea and enjoy a cocktail while watching the sunset. The ocean is very clear. Relaxing by the pool and look at the ocean.

Everything was just as we had hoped. Stunningly beautiful and private. All staff were more than friendly and responsive to any needs we had. I only wish it had been clear that there was no actual beach on the property. For that you have to take a short walk which we were happy to do.
